After a horrible tattoo experience with the snotty JASMINE DILWORTH. I emailed the shop several times attempting to meet with the shop manager but was canceled on 15 minutes before the appointment while I was sitting in the parking lot. This has been a weeklong ordeal and after getting an unfinished tattoo that the artist claimed was finished until I mentioned I disliked it.. I’ve lost all respect for everyone in this shop. None of the colors are right and key details were left out and there was zero communication and the “artist” seemed in a rush and upset that I kept needing breaks. She repeatedly asked if I wanted two sessions and I was very adamant I wanted it finished that day, so why she lied about it being finished I’ll never understand. I assumed the wonky colors were from redness and would calm down but after a week my tattoo is actually PINK?( it’s supposed to be tan). Other artists in the shop commented on its illegibility and then later denied it. On her Instagram where she posted the photo of my tattoo she tagged my tattoo as #cringy, if you want to be disrespected this is the shop for you. These people will lie right to your face, and their bad attitudes aren’t justified by the quality of their work. I can’t wait until I find an artist who’s actually qualified to tattoo to do the cover up because I know I won’t find them at Vault tattoo.

Drove out from Florida, to get my shoulder piece. I would make that drive three times over to come back. Friendly staff, clean environment, and talented artists. What more could ya want? 👌👌👌

Since the first day I walked into Vault every single person there has been the epitome of professional. They treat every single person with respect and ensures their comfort before, during, and after a tattoo. After 50+ hours of work they have done for me I can honestly say that they have a customer for life. This is hands down the best tattoo studio in the Carolinas.

Vault was an amazing experience with their striking wall art throughout the building and matched with the best vibes possible. Everyone had smiles on and were extremely friendly, even offered water by the main Boss Man! 6 stars if possibl... I can't go anywhere without being stopped to ask where I got my tattoo!

Just had my Raichu done on my thigh by Christian. The entire process was fun from start to beginning. He produced an original drawing and color scheme, was willing to make the adjustments I wanted as we went, and thought of everything. This guy might be psychic, and the rest of staff is no less awesome!

Got back to back tattoos from Russell. Hands down the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. The shop was clean, all personnel were professional and had smiles. I felt genuinely welcomed and as a client who drove 10hrs there was no better feeling. If you’re reading this to see if Vault tattoo is the one, stop being silly and go! Everyone there is nasty at their craft and it’s just a super chill and comforting atmosphere 10/10
