Vault Tattoo

Have been to this studio twice now, both of my sessions with Bo. Both visits have been a joy, everyone is very passionate about what they do. If you want an anime themed tattoo this is the shop in Charlotte.

Shop itself is very clean as well.

Vault is THE place to go if you're looking for a fun atmosphere, super nice people, and killer tattoos. My artist, Nuke, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me an amazing piece I am so excited to show off. The studio is clean, and is covered in incredible artwork. I can't wait to come back again for more work. Please, please consider this studio for your next piece, you will most certainly NOT be disappointed.

Each artist here is amazing! I love their unique profiles and I love how the shop is run! It's clean, decorated well, and so fun! Luna is incredible and Russell has breathtaking work! Planning to come back many times and already having friends book appointments! No other place I plan to get tattooed! The prices are totally fair too! I've been scammed so many times before and I felt like the artists prices at Vault were not only fair but reflected the work they put into their art!

I've been here for 3 tattoos and while the work is good, some of the team members are just not. I've heard them bragging about money, talking about who they want to screw and just overall talking badly about things that you would think a business would know better than to. Overall it isn't worth the horrendous conversations you have to listen to. Do better. And before you respond with not having my name down for any work there, of course I'm not giving you my real name. I just want to warn people about some of the artists who are gross.

I flew from Omaha for an appointment with Russell. He crushed it! He was awesome to work with, and my tattoo turned out flawlessly. The shop as a whole has a great vibe. I’d 100% recommend.

Everyone here at Vault are absolutely amazing. They’re kind, patient, and professional in every sense. Not a single time that I’ve gone did I feel anxious. They make you feel so welcomed the moment you walk through the door, and the shop itself is so snazzy. 😎 there’s arcade machines you can play while you wait also!

I couldn’t stop after my first visit. I’ve gotten a piece from Sonya, Alyssa, Christian, and have plans on getting some from the other artists there. They all have their own special ways of bringing your ideas to life. 💕

I can't recommend this place enough. From the aesthetic to the creativity to the hospitality, I had the best experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop. There artist all have a great personalities, but Russell is one team members was especially informative and conversational. The star of the review is definitely Luna who not only provided superb customer service, but whos creativity and skill can't be undersold. I sent her a rough sketch concept of what I wanted and she truly brought the idea to life. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with Vault Tattoo thanks to her great service.

It's no secret that Vault Tattoo is my favorite tattoo shop in the world. Every time I get a compliment on my tattoos (several times a day), I let people know about this magical place. Everyone at Vault Tattoo is SO talented, and I am seriously in love with their art. Sonya has blessed me with the cutest tattoos I'll be cherishing for the rest of my life. Shout out to Alyssa the anime mommy, Cat the cutie pie angel, and Christian the donut monster!! They are all very professional and welcoming. I had a phenomenal time at Vault. Starting from the moment I walked in for my appointment I felt valued. Sonya did my Naruto/Pain portrait and knocked it out the park. She made sure to check on me during tattooing and it just felt like a completely different tattooing experience, even down to watching Netflix during to distract you from what’s going. All the staff are phenomenal. I maybe from 2 hours away, but I’ll definitely come back for more work!

Getting my first tattoo at Vault with Luna was such an awesome experience! All the artists here are super kind and welcoming! I got to enjoy so much fun conversation and leave with a cool piece. I will definitely back soon:)
