I got my nose pierced for my birthday, and I definitely recommend this place. They were very clean, very gentle, and gave me everything I needed to take care of it and all of the information I would need. 10/10

I am only giving 3 stars because of Frank. Frank was great.
He would have gotten a much larger tip had the woman who was sent in to talk about tips, didn’t do so.
I will not be returning for anything I need in the future. I will be going anywhere but here. I suggest anyone reading this, to do the same.

My piercer was amazing! I believe her name was Kait or Kat?? She explained after care very thoroughly and was very quick and gentle doing my second helix piercing. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I decided to go on Friday 13th so they were pretty busy, but it was an hour and 15 mins in and out. Kait did my septum piercing and she was great! Will definitely be going back for any additional piercings

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, wouldn’t recommend any place more than 23rd! I’ve been getting pierced here since I was 14 (19 now) and I’ll never be going anywhere else. Great employees, super friendly and helpful! Specifically want to recommend getting pierced by Shane, I’m not usually comfortable around men but he is such a great person and helps me feel very comfortable. Very understanding about anxiety and will talk you through the entire process/answer any questions you might have and even throws humor into the experience! Amazingly professional place, and even when they’re busy the line goes quick!

Absolutely terrible service and experience. Came in to get new jewelry for my philtrum and another piercing to match my left side that is already pierced. Lady at the counter immediately tried to show me jewelry that was 100 dollars or more when I asked for cheap options. With some prying she showed me things under 50. I go back in the room to get pierced, and the piercer was not planning on telling me that she was piercing my body in a gauge bigger than the one I already have. So wrong. How is that appropriate, and refused to do it in the correct for my body 14g. Though she informed me because she peeled some plastic back on the needle pack for the wrong gauge, that I still have to pay the 30 dollar piercing fee. I go up front to the counter for my refund and even she stated why not pierce it at the 14g, so it was because of her personal refusal and my refusal to get pierced disproportionately that you are owed my money? It felt like stealing straight up. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ridiculous quality of service. Do better.

Great customer service and meticulously clean place. I went for a piercing, which is on a walk-in basis, and the wait was pretty short. A wide variety of options and prices available, close parking. Be sure to have ID. Under 16, have birth certificate and photo id ready. Masks are optional but encouraged. Attached tattoo area is also open.
