STAY AWAY! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I paid $300 for a tattoo that is horrible. My skin is covered in scars, the ink is not deep enough or dark enough. When I requested to schedule a touch up appointment I was met with rude and unprofessional staff who asked me, the client, how long I think the touch up would take as if I am supposed to know. My tattoo was extremely rushed and the line work is messy as well as the shading. CHARLY was my tattoo artist and you’d best stay away from him if you have a darker complexion because he has no clue what he is doing. I am disappointed and deeply saddened that I have to pay someone else to fix my tattoo after spending $300 on a simple design. These pictures are from 3 weeks after the tattoo was done.

My brother and I came in for a simple portal game tattoo. It was $220 EACH, which I've talked to several people and this tattoo should not have been near that much. I had Eric do mine, this was my very first tattoo and he gave me no information for aftercare, what to put on, nothing. The work was very well done but we feel way overcharged and uninformed about what to do. We felt like we were rushed out the door and they just wanted us gone.
Edit: it has now been 8 months after my tattoo. I didn't even go in for my feee touch ups (clearly it was needed) because I'm so turned off my this place. If the employees I dealt with where rude and smart a-- then why would I want any other artist there to help me? NEVER GO HERE UNLESS TOU WANT TO BE YELLED AT OR BELITTLED!!!! Never ever request or allow Eric to do work on you. He has a bad temper. I'm still upset over my experience here

Went for a walk-in with Thai as my artist, he was wonderful to work with and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! The vibes were amazing and def looking forward to working with him again!

My boyfriend and I went to Thai as walk-ins and he was amazing! Positive vibes all around and works super quickly while giving great results. We will definitely be back to work with Thai on future pieces!

I haven’t had any issue with this place so far but I’m just a little hurt that I can’t even get a retouch up done one my tattoos I got from nick cause he’s gone ! Sucks because they’re minor touch ups. Plus I was never told that hand tattoos are not included in free touch ups :( I had an appointment set up and with an artist who strictly doesn’t work on hand tattoos everyone was so confused, but I was very specific on it being a hand tattoos. Again I love the work I’ve gotten from this place. I have gotten a tribute tattoo here and it’s my favorite one but I really wished I could have gotten my babies names looking right.

Dave Ruiz is geeat! I just got my first tattoo yesterday and it is beautiful! He did such a wonderful job! I recommend him to everyone! The details, the shading & colors are excellent and far exceed what I was hoping for!

The employees at the front desk are very arrogant. Went in with my family and we all wanted 1 small tattoo. When I mentioned that I previously got a bigger tattoo at that shop for roughly $60 less than what they were quoting me, they got defensive and made it seem like I didn’t know what I paid during my last visit.
When I respectfully declined for us to get our tattoos done because not only are they crazy overpriced, but the guy at the front desk was acting annoyed because my mom was asking questions, they didn’t say a thing to us when we got up to leave.
My family and I are German and primarily communicate in German, so I’m not sure if the stand off-ish attitude was because we are foreign or they treat everyone like that. This shop and their pricing was not a good fit for us, and the minimal hospitality that was there when we entered the shop flew out the window the second we weren’t on the same page. All 3 of us left genuinely shocked at how we had been treated since this place generally has good reviews.

If you go here, avoid Eric Inclan, he’s a “guest artist” and he was so rude, made you feel dumb for asking questions, didn’t execute parts of the tattoo very well and was totally full of himself, the whole experience was awful. The other staff that I interacted with seemed nice though.

Dave Ruiz did my tattoo and I was extremely happy with the results. I like this place because it is clean, professional and quick. I will defiantly go back with Dave again in the future.
