I got my nose pierced today. Rob was great and parking was easy. I was there 8 minutes after opening on a Monday. There was a line when I got there but it went fast. Very happy with the results and service.

Only putting four stars because the staff at the counter wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them with a frying pan in the head. My piercer Shane was amazing. I got my septum pierced and I was nervous as hell but he walked me through it and was very professional.

Just went to this place today, and got my nose pierced. I have a fear of needles, so it was kind of a last hurrah for my 30th birthday, to prove I could. Only complaint is that there was a bit of a wait, due to it being busy. Front desk people were very friendly! No idea why people keep complaining about that. I had no issues! Surprisingly the actual piercing wasn't that painful. I'm very happy with the overall service! Ben was my piercer, and I totally recommend him!

Of the several places I've been for tattoos and piercings, 23rd street by far was the most professional and experienced place I've been to. Very LGBT+ friendly, and all of the staff was kind and fun to be around.
Frank was very professional and helped me feel comfortable getting my first piercing.

Everyone was very nice! I loved the atmosphere of the place! However, my navel piercing was pierced incorrectly. The placement looked okay, but after it was pierced it was too high up & looked more like a stomach piercing, which lead to rejection and infection. I am so sad because it was so cute! :( May go back to get it repierced, but will double check the piercing is in the right spot next time!

The man at the desk was rude to us but turned around and was nice to everyone else that walked in behind us. We weren’t rude to him before hand so it felt really unnecessary. However, the traveling piercer was extremely nice and make the experience much better.

Excellent place! Friendly staff! And wonderful products! They even custom ionized my earrings to the perfect shade of blue!
