Saturday my son decided on a whim he wanted to get his ears pierced. So, after doing some research we decided we would check this place out. I’ve been pierced at other places over the years and haven’t come across a better place! Took my son in to get his ears pierced and there were other people coming in to get jewelry changed out. They had gotten pierced recently at another place and experiencing issues with that particular piercing. Clayton took his time in checking that piercing out even though it wasn’t done there and made sure everyone was fully taken care of. He took his time making sure my sons placement was perfect before actually piercing him. Clayton made sure my son was comfortable the entire time. He made sure I was happy about everything prior to moving forward. The care and attention to detail he puts into his work is amazing. He gave very detailed instructions on after care and provided information for 24/7 after care service if we have any questions or concerns for later. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!! I will be coming back when I’m ready for my next piercing!

This is a new place I’ve been going to and I’ve gotten my nose , lips and eyebrows pierced at this place and it’s super great ! Pain wasn’t so bad and my piercings have healed nicely ! I would definitely recommend , everyone is super nice.

Their customer service should set the bar for all other piercers. Every time i’ve gone i’ve been served by their main piercer and he is the kindest dude ever. He talks you through it and makes sure you feel comfortable. I refuse to go to any other piercing shop again after coming to Zoo. they’re super good with questions over the phone too, which is very helpful.

Can't recall the piercers name (guy with the glasses) but very cool dude. Takes his time and and very precise. Staff was great too. Skip the ridiculous line and rude staff at the other place by the theater and go see this guy.

Clay was very professional and treated my wife and I with the utmost respect! My wife got her Daith pierced and I got my eyebrow pierced. The jewelry was a little expensive but it is titanium and CZ so it was worth it. We will definitely be coming back for more piercings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work. I would recommend going here over any other piercing shop in town

I called a few places for my 14 year old daughter to get her nostril pierced and Clayton stood out to me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and very responsive to my phone call and texts. I was very nervous as my daughter is on the younger side and he explained everything and made us all feel very comfortable. He took cleanliness and sterilization very seriously. Clayton was super nice and very professional. He understood what I was wanting and was willing to work with me to make it happen. He guided me through the process so I wouldn't be so nervous and was very supportive. He was very gentle and the piercing did not hurt as much as expected. Clay pierced my nose and 2nd earlobe holes during the same visit, and he did a fantastic job!! He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. His entire piercing area was extremely clean and sanitized. He talked me through the entire process both on the phone prior to my appointment, and then again when I was in his studio. He was very thorough with his instructions and answered any questions that I had! His friendly, calming manner made the experience entirely comfortable! He was very professional and experienced. He was quick with his work, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! It’s been 3 months and my piercings/holes still look fantastic, and no complaints with the healing process.
