He will make sure you are comfortable and talks you through it to make the piercing as painless as possible. Called in wanting to get my nose pierced and my daughter’s cartilage pierced and Clay told us to come right in and was super friendly!! I was a little hesitant at first due to being scared but Clay quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease! The shop was super clean and Inviting!
