Made one phone call and found the most outstanding medical piercing shop , so totally knowledgeable and willing to discuss options and procedures I’m very stoked!! had my Daith peirsings done in both ears for control of migraines, spoke with the owner and was in his shop and on my way home less than 3 hours with appointment (I drove an hour there ) .. definitely going back for another medical piercing very soon … what a great person and I highly recommend him 💯💯 Thank You Doug

I've gone to Pokeys for pretty much all of my body piercings. I most recently got my septum done with him, while my mother got her tragus done. I was fine during the piercing but afterwards got very lightheaded and almost fainted. He was prepared and had a cool paper towel to help me quickly regain myself.
He was very polite, professional, and does not make you feel uncomfortable in the least. Very informative about the risks on particular types of jewelry, and proper care.
I will ALWAYS recommend Pokeys.

He did an amazing job! My daughter's first body piercing it was her nose. She is 15 and he did a great job she didn't even flinch. Would definitely recommend him!

The guy is never there we have made several appointments and he's never shown (except onec) he seem strung out and the one time I got to see the inside it looked like he had just woke up and came from the upstairs part of the shop didn't ask for ID or for me to sign anything he was so non caring about the whole experience and didn't explain any after care i felt like it was a huge red flag

HAVE NO WORRIES!!! Pokey is very professional and makes the process quick and easy! My peircings were perfectly placed and have been healing with no troubles at all! He definitely will respond though if you need help after getting it. He's dedicated to his customers and loves his craft! The next time I want to get peirced I'm DEFINITELY going here.

I got my daith here today and the service was amazing. He was very professional and clean. The piercing was done fairly quickly and painlessly. I would 10/10 come back again when I want more. He also gave us a pamphlet on how to keep my piercings clean which is very appreciated. Btw: It is by appointment only.

So I personally think the shop a cool place and the owner is awesome. The store is clean and I personally felt very comfortable! Thats why I give Pokey's four stars. However my piercing experience was not as awesome. I got my industrial in my right ear done here. It wasn't by Doug it was another peircer at the time and after I thought it looked pretty good. Unfortunately the piercing was to small for my ear and was making it fold inward on itself. I waited a while thinking the swelling would go down and it would look more normal. Unfortunately because I waited so long it became infected.🤦‍♀️😪😬 Yes,even though I cleaned it twice a day it became badly infected and Long story short I ended up having to take it out. Even though this happened Doug was super gracious and offered to redo my piercing for free once my ear had healed. I do think he is a good peircer and very professional in the way he handles things. He did all of my best friends piercings and they came out awesome so personally I think it's just me lol. I do recommend Pokeys to people and just suggest that after getting peirced that if you have any concerns to go back in and discuss it as soon as possible don't wait around like i did.😊
