Never answer the phone and sent me directly to voicemail that is full. I have gotten most of my piercings there now I have to find a different place due to no one being there and no one answering the phone.

When attempting to get into contact via telephone, calls are never answered. Nor are they ever returned. It is almost as if they just let the phones ring off the hook. I am trying to get in for an emergency dermal check and have not been able to get in contact. Their hours are not posted so it makes it rather difficult. & I had tried calling though i got no answer.

I heard about this place from a tattoo shop on 101 and I am so happy I went in to get my cartilage pierced. Everything came out great. Wonderful people.
