Doug is always quick to get me in and does a wonderful job. I got 7 piercings done tonight and he managed to get them wet up and done in under an hour and they look amazing like always

Amazing shop with a very educated and professional piercer. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and get matching dermal piercings as our wedding bands, Doug came in on his day off and took care of us. The experience was quick, professional and I can't say enough about Doug. I live 8 hours from here and may never go anywhere else for a piercing again, the experience far outclassed any of the other 8 piercings I've gotten at other shops. Doug follows all proper health and sterilization procedures, explains what hes doing and about to do, and is excellent.

Wonderful experience. I will go back for all future piercings, the shop was clean, the service was exceptional. Doug was great and very kind. Best piercing experience I've ever had and I've had over 20... I'd recommend them to anyone, even 1st timers. Love it. Thanks Pokeys!!

I have attempted getting a hold of the piercer at this shop! He is never at the shop when I stop by and he is unreachable via phone calls or text message. My piercing he just did, needs to be checked out and since he's never available or is not reachable I have to drive clear to Eugene to get it looked at! The tattoo artist that works in the shop was helpful and polite though...

I went to Pokeys Piercing to get my first piercing through the cartilage near the top of my ear. The wait was a little long, though his apprentice wasn't there who would normally do the paperwork while piercings are happening. The man who gave me my piercing was very meticulous and took his time to get the proper placement for where I wanted the earrings to go, which is one thing I am very happy about. The process didn't hurt much though I have nothing to compare his skill to except for a story I was told about a jarring needle gun, after which I was glad he had done it by hand. I did as he told me to keep my ear clean, and the piercings only got worse once, but that was my fault, and they were better the next day.

The piercer texted me and claimed he saw his security cameras of me making gagging noises while leaving because "I thought he was hitting on me". This made me very upset because I'd never do that..every time I came in I told him thanks and I was a loyal customer even when I'd show up during their hours to find the door locked. I won't be coming back.

Update: just for clarification. He gave me his cell phone number and said it's easier to get ahold of them that way instead of their company number.

Went in for a piercing he was very professional and nice. I have gone back couple more times he always is able to fit me in . Would highly recommend.

Doug pierced my septum for me. He was very clean and professional. He helped straighten out my piercing bc i have a weird nose. Very grateful and will definitely be coming back for my next piercing. As a bonus, he dyes his jewelry and its very beautiful. Thanks again yall!!
