Highly 'unprofessional'!
I had some lettering done, and although Gunner did a decent job, the didn't finish the shading I requested. He told me "no problem 'we can get you back in to finish the shading . I called to see when he could finish ( I did let him know that I wanted to be done by vacation time), got a recording saying someone would call back. But they never did. They blew it off saying "we don't make appointments over the phone".Also added a color that I 'didn't request'
. Now it looks like a flower is 'bleeding'!! NOT fading, but a red that doesn't belong!
Although I know the owner, and it is the closest shop to my house, I seriously doubt that I will go back to that location!

Very nice and clean studio. Everyone who works here is super friendly and awesome. Ashley Henson is my artist of choice, and does outstanding work since becoming a client of hers. She listens to what you want and designs your tattoo to your liking. Want only black and white? No problem. Want some color here and there? No problem there. Never had a problem with the designs or after care of any tattoo I've received from this place. Highly highly recommend this place, and Ashley, for all your tattooing wants and needs.

Was set to get a Tattoo took months to get it set up, accidentally missed my appointment by 15 minutes, that's on me but the Artist I was set to get a Tattoo was booked and taking bookings, so the shop took my deposit and refused to reschedule. I already waited months I would have waited until the schedule opened back up, poor business practice, beware.

I would 100% recommend these guys!! My boyfriend and I just both got some work done, and everyone in there was FANTASTIC! The pieces came out great, the studio was very clean, and the artists were amazing people!! You can definately expect the best when you come here!

Came as a walk-in. Never heard of this place but I was close so decided to stop in. First off, the place is super clean. Smells good and everything seems sterile and kept well. Lots of light. Right off the bat had a good impression.
Got with Steve and told him about my idea. He took about 10-15 minutes to draw up a sketch and while doing that I reviewed his work. Has a folder on the front table. Liked what I saw. He came back, showed me the sketch and I decided to do it and wow, came out great! Steve was friendly and polite and super talented. Almost fell asleep on his chair!
Recommend to all. Again place is clean, even the bathroom. Parking was super easy and simple. Gave me a receipt for my tattoo which Is a first! Whole experience was perfect. Will be going back again for sure!
