The owner and staff are ALWAYS professional and very friendly. Ms. Stacee really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We went last year and had such a great experience whwb she decided she wanted another one we automatically went back. Very clean and sanitary. Will be taking my youngest daughter to get her ears pierced when she is ready.

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor, and most importantly quality and professional service. So far I have had one nostril pierced and matching best friend tattoos and I definitely plan on returning as frequently as possible! I have a consultation soon for another and could not be more excited!!! Keep up the amazing work everyone!!!

Melanie was amazing. She maintained excellent communication with me directly and was patient with my requests. She was kind and thoughtful throughout the consultation, design and tattoo process as well. I will definitely be back and I so appreciate having a local shop to trust. Thank you Melanie!

I would rate at 1000 stars if I could. Everyone was doing something and still take the time to speak to you. Love this place. Came in with my sister (our first time) to get here tattoo done.

This place is amazing and the people are so kind and friendly! A different piercing place made a mistake with my nose piercing so I came here to get it fixed. Stacee worked me into her very busy day and really helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk people were awesome too with keeping me in the loop as to how much time it would take and what was going on. Highly recommend this place! I will definitely be going back.

Amazing experience from start to finish! CJ was so sweet and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before we got started. She did an amazing job! It turned out even better than I envisioned. I love it!

Out of the tattoo shops I've been to, this one is my favorite! The atmosphere is awesome! You don't feel judged. Jasmine did my lastest one. She is awesome!

What a wonderful experience. Melanie and her ladies are so delightful to encounter. Their tattoo skill is over the top superb. I would go to them again and again because of their professionalism, customer service and caring attitude.

Got nose and cartilage pierced by an apprentice. I had no problem trying someone that needed the practice. Ear was first, I liked the placement but she had issues once it was pierced. Couldn’t get the ball on and kept tugging and pulling. Took maybe 5 mins of her struggling. I can handle pain so when she asked if I wanted to continue with my nose I said yes. The piercing was fine, but AGAIN, she struggled and did not get the nose jewelry in. She lost the hole and tried again. By now blood is all over, she called in the main piercer that was with someone else. They tried for several minutes together, but when it wouldn’t go through, the apprentice got a different nose ring, while the other one held my nose to stop the blood. Finally, after 10-15 mins total they got the new ring in. I’ve had both areas (different sides) pierced previously with no struggle by the piercer. I understand apprentices need the practice but I was mostly bothered by the lack of sympathy and the way the apprentice made it seem like I was moving too much, causing her to struggle. I never received any apology and when I went to pay, they upcharged me $20 for the nose ring I did not select nor authorize because the apprentice could not get in the ring I selected. It is noticeably too large for my nose. If I sleep on that side of my face it presses into my septum. I have had tattoos done here as well and loved the environment and the work, but this experience is one I don’t desire to happen again.
