I called on a whim and they got me in same day! Got a free coke, super comfy couches, talented and to-the-point artist.. This is my new shop fershurrr!

Bradley gave my wife a tattoo, told her after it healed if it needed a touch up to come in and it would get fixed no charge. Well here we are a while after it got done and it needs touched up, Bradley does not work there anymore so the "company" refused to do it as he was the one that promised it. As a representative of the company I hold all parties accountable and whether it was in the paperwork or not you would think to uphold their integrity and to receive future business (I wanted a tattoo as well) they would honor the agreement as it is a small tattoo, would take very little time or supplies. Bad for business. Heck if it was done right the first time maybe we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. The PR person for FB could use a lesson in public speaking as well.

I took my daughter for a consultation with CJ on 3/2/19. CJ told my daughter her tattoo would take about 5 hours and she could leave a deposit and schedule. My daughter scheduled for 4/20/19 and left a $200 cash deposit. She was given a handwritten receipt and the money was put into an envelope with CJ and 4/20/19 written on it. She was told the deposit would be applied to the balance when she came back in. One week later, on 3/9/19, my daughter CANCELED her appointment for 4/20/19, When she called to cancel she was told she cannot have her deposit back. They told her the deposits are non-refundable. Not Once was she told this when we were in the shop. She wasn't told when she made the appointment and she wasn't told when she left the deposit. She canceled with a 6 week notice! It wasn't written or posted anywhere. It isn't posted on their Facebook Page either. She is a single mom, going to school full time and working. She needs her money BACK.

Piercer put in wrong size jewelry & it kept falling out. This happened on a Sunday & they were closed. Contacted them on a Monday but they expected me to pay full price for another piercing. Next offered half off which I still found unacceptable.
