Joey Harris did the beat job on three of my tattoos. He is professional and easy to talk to. I also got an eyebrow piercing by Tattum Neal. She did a great job and was very accommodating. They are extremely polite and understanding. Always a great time. I look forward to every appointment I make with them and will continue to visit them for future work.

My husband had a Tattoo done today. Todd was amazing we talked to him prior and he only had a hour left before the shop closed so he asked what we would like and we told him . He said he wanted to be fair and not rush to get what my husband wanted and his work correct and nice . Well I say this the appointment was a long one due to my husband had a Jesus Portrait done . Todd had it drew up and everything as we arrived . Proceeded to get us set in and comfortable as he got things set up and ready. May i say this is a clean and very well maintained shop as it's small but very well kept . All the ladies in the front where amazing at greeting and any questions you may have also didn't get the other gentleman's name there he does tattoo art as well. He was amazingly nice and very nice brought me a seat and let me sit with my husband . Well just to make this a little bit shorter i will never go any where else . Todd will continue to do our work as long as he wants and accepts to do it. I felt comfortable and so did husband. The tattoo itself took at least 5 hours . Todd held in very well also allowing us to have a break to stretch or whatever we needed to take care of . Thank you all so much for the amazing art work and also for being such amazing people . Dixie did a wonderful job at piercing my nipples! They were poorly pierced at another shop in Knoxville, and I’ve been upset ever since I took them out. She took the time to measure and redraw the markings to make sure they were as straight as possible. Neither of my piercings are shallow or crooked, and the jewelry is properly sized. I’m overjoyed with the care, cleanliness, and professionalism from Dixie and the shop in general. I will be coming here again and highly recommend them! Thanks guys 💕

I brought my daughter in there to get her tongue pierced and a young lady by the name of Cat was amazing. She was super friendly and explain everything to my daughter to make her feel comfortable. I got my first tattoo queen of hearts over 20 years ago by the owner. I highly recommend this place anymore.

I had a terrible experience with ICON body piercing - thankfully I called around and found this place!
Their piercer, Dixie - (not far down the road from ICON) She saved my ear!! She also did two ear piercings for me (they are beautiful) , replaced my old jewelry with a new hoop.
Queen of Hearts was very clean, took my MasterCard, was kind to my child, had plenty of parking..
Dixie was knowledgeable, professional and stylish!

Relaxing, clean and organized! Went for a nose piercing for my daughter (she was nervous) Joe was was kind and thoughtful. His bedside manner is professional and compassionate. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else! Thanks, Joe, for making Ava's first experience perfect ;)

I went in Saturday. I got a wild hair to get pierced. I have always felt welcome at this shop. i have been in before asking questions. Then they have done a tattoo for me and then Saturday my labret. Joe and Dixie helped me. Joe did my piercing he was wonderful and kind. We all had some laughs too. Thank you guys!!

Great shop. My daughter and I went to get nose piercings (my third her first). The tech made the process really quick and easy. She educated on care after and said she was available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. Great experience. Very satisfied.

We had the BEST experience at Queen of Hearts Tattoo! Four of my friends got their FIRST tattoo and myself and another got a piercing with Dixie. After going to TWO other shops in Nashville and were treated horribly that we ended up leaving to go to Queen of Hearts. When we came to the shop Joey was already SUPER AWESOME with our group. The positive vibe at the start was so reaffirming that this was going to be a great experience. It definitely exceeded expectations! I wished I lived closer. Thank you!!!
