Queen of Hearts Tattoos & Body Piercing

I attempted to use this business. Called and asked if they accepted walk-ins and explained EXACTLY what I wanted. I get there and after waiting ten minutes for the “artist” to introduce himself. Not only did he refuse to do a 3 number tat, but he was so disrespectful about why he wouldn’t do it. I asked him to explain his reason for not doing it because when he said it he was so tore down on xans or vs that I didn’t understand what he was tryin to say. Then he became the victim. Acted like I was becoming hostile, even though I stated I meant no harm several times. I just didn’t understand his pathetic excuse. Then when I go to my truck to leave, he walks all around my truck just staring at me like he wants to act like a tough guy. I gave him all the chances in the world for him to act on his body language, but surprise surprise he just turned into a pathetic weak punk that ain’t about nothing. Joe, another artist, was more helpful to clarify what this junked out dude was attempting to say. He refused to give me his name when he pathetically tried to intimidate me. Shame on queen of hearts for employing such an imbalanced threat to your establishment

Went in for a nose piercing with Dixie, she was super professional and made my first piercing a quick and painless experience! Already planning my second piercing and will definitely be going back to Queen of Hearts :)

Dixie is the best, awesome attitude and my rook piercing was nearly painless. They were very accommodating to fit me in as a walk in. I will be back for future piercings.

I came in to get my septum pierced. Dixie was amazing. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. The entire shop was clean including the bathrooms, you won't be disappointed! I will travel the 7 hours back for more piercings as long as Dixie is still here!

Joe is friendly & made me feel comfortable for my nose piercing. We were visiting Nashville checking out schools for my daughter from Orlando. I’ll definitely be back. I respect the fact that even though my daughter was not 18 & I was with her, he requested that she bring her birth certificate in.
It shows me that they follow guidelines & it’s not just about making $

I, along with 3 of my friends, got my nose pierced here back in December while visit Nashville from Indianapolis. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did the piercing but she was wonderful. She let us come in 2 at a time to have someone with us while the piercing was done. It was so quick and as close to painless as a piercing can be. She was professional, personable, and did a great job going over aftercare with us. All 4 of our piercings healed perfectly with no problems. After spending the afternoon checking out other shops throughout the city we were super impressed by the reasonable prices, wait time, and efficiency we experienced here. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

I was tattooed by Joey tonight, and he was the most amazing artist!! I highly-highly recommend him. He had the best communication before and during the session. Joey made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The shop was clean and professional. The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve had my fair share of tattoo shop horror stories, but this one was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m in love with my new tattoo and I can’t wait to go back for more.

I had Dixie for my Tragus piercing and she was amazing! I’ve had my tragus pierced twice before this and this was by far the best time. She was so kind and patient and really knows what she’s doing. The store and everyone who works there is so understanding and patient. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone, experienced or not for piercings!

I’ve gotten two piercings here (and accompanied a friend to get hers a separate time) and every time has been great. No matter what time of day everyone was friendly and helpful. I had my daith done by Dixie a few months ago, and she did a great job. Tattum did my most recent piercing, a conch, and was so helpful and sweet! She made me feel at ease and even helped me changed my nose ring to different jewelry afterwards. I won’t get piercings anywhere else in Nashville :)
