It was my first time at a tattoo/piercing shop. I was nervous but the piercer was very kind and so was the apprentice. They didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions. the atmosphere was very welcoming & comfortable. Overall, i had a great experience & I would definitely come here again. :)

- Ryan was friendly, helpful, & super knowledgeable.
- Facility was very clean.
- Piercing only took 7 minutes, top. It was so easy.
- Pricing was reasonable, and I had a lot of earring options to choose from
If I want another piercing, I’m definitely going back.

This was my first time going to the shop. I got my eyebrow pierced as well as my medusa and a double nose taper. The prices were very reasonable. The shop was clean and had a wide selection of jewelry. Pam, the piercer, was very kind and informative. By far the best place I have gotten pierced at. All the piercings were quick and painless. Pam made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very assuring. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again.

My baby boy Dingo escaped and I got word he was found safe inside somewhere- and avoided the coldest night in Dallas so far this year, while I was driving to Suffer City for a remembrance tattoo. Two days later after celebrating I went to go get the portrait I wanted and they really did a fantastic job. Great service and fair price.

The name of this place is fitting because you will suffer with how rude they are. I’m not sure if the guy up at the front was having a bad day or what. Had black spikey had and nose ring, didn’t get a name. Pretentious and unaccommodating. Rude, unprofessional, condensing and a serious sense of superiority.

My six year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I called around to different places and Pam at Suffer City was recommended to me. She was fantastic! She made sure my daughter wanted her ears pierced ( I assume to verify we weren't forcing her) and asked her to write her name on the contract like a big girl. As a parent I really appreciate that Pam was forthright and told me she would not force my daughter to continue if she was scared or uncomfortable at anytime. My daughter really liked her. Pam explained the process to her, how to take care of her piercings, and what to do and not to do to keep her ears clean and healthy. My daughter felt at ease with Pam which made the entire process almost painless. When we had a problem with one of the earrings coming off repeatedly (the threads seemed to have been manufactured incorrectly) Pam replaced them with a new set at zero cost. Highly recommend!
