Super happy with my septum piercing experience. Spencer did my piercing a couple years ago and I was so happy with it in regards to placement and process, so I came back to have it re-pierced after it unfortunately closed. Always clean, communicative, supportive, and informative. I've had piercings done at multiple places & really appreciate how communicative Spencer is (especially since the re-piercing was a little tougher than I expected 😂)- it's nice to know what to expect and trust that it'll be done proficiently 👍

spencer & blue took care of my rook piercing and did an amazing job. they ensured that i had the correct anatomy, and carefully marked the piercing before piercing it almost painlessly. both are very knowledgeable on piercings and give honest recommendations.
the felt so comfortable during the entire experience. the lovely woman at the front desk was super welcoming & processed everything so quickly.
10/10 will come back here to get my next piercing.

Listen carefully. First impressions are everything to me. When I walked into this shop today with my nose piercing emergency, I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness and fresh, sterilized smell of this establishment. Immediate trust was established. I went to a place where they really messed me up and my nose ring pushed itself out overnight. Unfortunately, it closed back up. However, the care and education given to me despite being able to place another ring in today was priceless to me. When I heal, I'm going back, no matter what, for a correct piercing. So glad to have this gem in my favorite Texas city. 😍

Came in to get my ear pierced as well as my cartilage. Was a little nervous since when I've gotten anything pierced in the past it was painful and not a great experience. Saved love and hate as one of my favorites. Blue has one of the most gentle touches ever, I thought my cartilage getting pierced was going to be super painful from what I've been told in the past, but nope not with blue. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked but they were busy so understandable. Overall very pleased with my experience and piercing.

Chris was sooo fast, gentle and responsive. From start to finish— setting up the appointment, talking placement and price to the day of the appointment where he asked me questions, was comprehensive and attentive to what I was looking for. It wasn’t my first tat but I got three done in one sitting and he was beyond AMAZING! Also, the staff here is soooo welcoming, warm and personable. Highly recommend. 10/10

Daughter wanted a septum piercing for her 18th BDay. Went in and there was about a 40 minute wait because there were a lot of people that day. Employee was kind, courteous, smart, and soothing. The whole process was over in about 6 minutes. Daughter was queezy so he fanned her until she was feeling primo. Establishment is always impeccably clean. Thank you all for making her experience a great one.
