I’m a tattoo admirer, but just got my first. Jamie Anguiano at L&H was amazing. Put me at ease, patient with me throughout all the questions, and did outstanding work. Big guy, but smooth and light handed. His line work is outstanding, and overall great experience. I’ll be coming back to see Jaime for my next one. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first tat and the result is better than I could have imagined.

Had Chris as my artist and this dude absolutely rocked it! I got a pretty large clipper ship on my arm and it turned out incredible! It was my first tattoo so I was a little apprehensive but this dude was super cool and made the experience one to remember! I would highly recommend getting a tattoo from this guy.

Got my septum pierced here. 50$ which is the average rate. I'm not looking for a cheap deal when someone's piercing my face. The piercer was very professional and friendly. Made sure I was happy with the jewelry and didn't try to rush me. Quick in and out with all questions answered. Glad I went here. It's been healing well.

I got my second tattoo from Love and Hate today. The owner is super cool, and he starts appointments as early as 10:30 AM. I can swing by on my lunch break, which is awesome when you have no time to do anything on the weekends. He did a great job as always.

Disconcerting their sterilization procedures are not posted on their website. The shop wasn't the cleanest I've seen. When asked if they change out drills between clients they said "No, we just change the needles which are disposable." Not sure how sanitary this is because in the past I've always seen artists remove drills from a marked sterilization pouch. The artist was nice, polite, quick and did great work. I should have taken more time deciding however on actually getting a tattoo there or not because I am worried about lack of sterilization of equipment. I wouldn't recommend the shop and I won't go back because I know there are cleaner shops out there.

I took my daughter to have an ear piercing that had closed up re-pierced. Spencer took care of her and put her at ease. Turned out the existing piercing just needed to be stretched. In and out with minimal discomfort and a very happy little girl.

Every piercing I have gotten here has healed painlessly, quicker than expected, and with out complications, unlike any other place I've gone. The building is clean, inviting and they are there to answer any questions or concerns you may have without being negative or making you feel stupid! (:

Definitely appreciate Chris from here. I came in from NY for my son's graduation and he booked us an appointment for the weekend I was in town. Last minute on our way there Pierce changed his mind and we went in a totally different direction and Chris was cool with it and helped us out. Very happy with the whole experience, Pierce loves his first tattoo!
