This was my first time at this shop! I’ve been wanting a septum piercing for a long time. Spencer was my piercer. He made me feel welcome and was super nice! He gave me a dainty Septum piercing that I absolutely adore! I will be coming back for all my piercing needs! Thanks spencer!

Wanted to finally get a second lobe piercing in both ears for my 30th birthday. We are from out of town but found this place on Google. Wow!! They were so nice and the place was so clean. We just walked in with no appointment and they worked me in. Spencer did my piercings and he was so friendly and comforting. I was worried/nervous but he got it done lightning fast and with minimal pain. I would come back here and wholeheartedly recommend checking this place out. I really appreciate how Covid conscious they are being as well. I was able to pay for my piercings with a credit card which is a huge plus for me since I never have cash on me.

Spencer is awesome, he is now our family piercer! He is very knowledgeable, sociable, and gentle. He did a double cartilage for me, changed the jewelry for my 11 year old to something that was more suited for his ear structure, and ordered new jewelry that was more suited for my 14 year old. They felt that they were in great hands, he explained everything in a way they could understand, and made sure they were a part of the process. As we headed out to the car after Spencer took care of us, my 11 year old said he felt like a he was a really cool uncle 😎 Spencer is passionate about his art and follows proper sanitary protocols. The building itself is pretty old and the shop is established, don't go in expecting anything fancy or for it to be any different than what you find in Deep Ellum...as it should be! Drop in and see Spencer, you will not be disappointed!

I went here twice. I got my nose pierced and it healed great and the staff was very nice and professional. But i went again for ear piercings and i have thick ear lobes and they put in a bar to short. my ear swelled over the piercing and i had to push it through my own ear. I went back to get it changed and told them what happened but they didn’t say it was their fault at all. They changed it for free though. They also said i didn’t clean my ear well but i couldn’t get to it with a q tip because it was so tight on my ear. Don’t go here if you have thick ear lobes.

Staff is the best. Owner Chis is amazing. He always does everything he can to make sure I can get an apartment when I come into town for the week. Cool atmosphere and fun people make for a great overall experience.
