got my first tattoo done here yesterday and sawyer did an incredible job! really made me feel comfortable and the outcome of my tattoo was perfect. everything came out just as i wanted and it was also very clean and professional here. will definitely be coming back in the future!

My son had his artwork done on October 12th, and I had mine done on October 13th. Sawyer crafted a beautiful lighthouse being crashed by waves on my son's chest that was as realistic as it gets, while I had a father and son silhouette against a sunset, that far exceeded my expectations and imagination. Sawyer reproduced my son's handwriting above and below the scene with amazing detail. It was my son's 2nd artwork, the first from Sawyer, and my first artwork at age 61. Sawyer has unbelievable talent in his mind, heart, and hands, but moreover he listens to his clients and cares about educating and helping each person receive the best artwork for that individual. Sawyer has Christian values made my experience far more gratifying than just the artwork itself. His honesty and work ethic are 2nd to none, and he completed both my son's and my art for about half of what I was expecting, and with the craftsmanship of a true professional. Only someone who truly cares about his profession and his clients could make such a quality experience. Needless to say I reccomend Sawyer and Pops' Tattoo Parlor if you want the best.

The vibe of this place is everything you want out of a tattoo shop. Most artists can be pushy and rude. You will feel right at home here. I love my tattoo from Sawyer. I have a feeling i am going to be making plenty more appointment in the future.

Not my first tattoo, but my first tattoo at Pops’ and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and all around experience. I went in for a coverup and Sawyer worked with me to create to create a piece that I absolutely love! He is not only an incredibly talented artist, but he is friendly and kind, and his shop is immaculate. All in all a great experience and incredible work!

After being Tattoo’d by quite a few different people at a few different places, Pops is my new go to. I will always recommend them any time an ink conversation comes up. Mark is a top notch professional- not only as an artist but also as a person. We have over 20+ hours in the bag and looking forward to more. Sawyer is also a great dude- they both make you feel welcome and comfortable which isn’t something you find in the tattoo industry often. Look no further for your new tattoo home- this one is it. My mom had been telling me for a couple of years that she wanted to get an old tattoo covered up, so about a month ago, on a whim, she went to Pop's just for a consultation. Long story short, she ended up getting a gorgeous piece of art that same day. Sawyer was incredibly thorough in his drawing of the tattoo. He utilized a program on his iPad to actually perfect the design that my Mom had envisioned. Sawyer also made sure to explain everything as he went through the process of actually completing the tattoo, which was a fun and eye-catching palm tree. My mom was incredibly happy with Sawyer's work as was I, a bit of a skeptic when it comes to tattoo shops. Pop's Tattoo Parlor, in addition to boasting a talented artist, is clean, cozy, and a great addition to the town of Pantego. I will definitely be going to Sawyer once I turn 18!

I came in today to get my first big piece and Sawyer completely knocked it out of the park! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he added to it to make it unique and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s just so amazing! 10/10 would recommend him to all my friends and will definitely be returning to Pops in the future!
