The lady checked my bellybutton piercing turns out the place I got it from did it too high and so she took it out for me and showed me the original place it’s supposed to be. And then took it out for me pain free. And then I got my clicker taken out pain free and safety they made sure to clean and make it easy as much as they can. And stayed patient with me, and answered any question my question and my boyfriends and gave us great advice, I would recommend 100%

I love going to this place. Tony is an awesome tattoo artist. I have gotten 3 tattoos from him as well as my 2 sisters. I recommend going to him. Very satisfied and love my tattoos.

Had a great experience. Took my daughter on her birthday to get her belly and nose pierced.
John took time to explain everything to her and helped her to select the jewelry she wanted. Everything was clean and comfortable for her. After he was finished he went over the care and cleaning she needed to do.

Rude service. The worker at Hot Topic did give me a negative comment about this place but I was looking for body jewelry and the dude on the desk didn't even awknlodge his customer. Bad day, maybe but rude regardless

Jon wasted no time taking care of us. Planned on snake bites for one of my teenagers and went back for a septum for my other teenager. Same day went back for my septum. 3 trips one afternoon, was cool and easy goin every single time.

Got a navel piercing and was really happy with the experience! The staff was awesome, helpful, friendly, and really helped take away the nerves of getting pierced which was great considering this was my first major piercing somewhere other than my earlobe. Healing up well and I'm absolutely loving it!

Recently visited this store and the salesman wasn't very knowledgeable about the jewelry in the store. He didn't mention there was no return on the jewelry and we had found better prices in the many other options in the mall.
When we came back to return our purchase he was laid back with his legs on the counter. He was kinda rude when we tried to return the jewelry and kinda made fun of the fact that we couldn't return.
Overall I would not recommend this store for jewelry or customer service of any kind.
