John was extremely rude and told me to tip up front or it would be a bad experience. Was very rude during the whole process of my nostril piercing and looked at the receipt when I wrote the tip imediatly after. The other man was really nice but I didn’t get a name :(

David did 2 small tattoos for my husband and I today. He worked quickly, isn't heavy-handed and was very personable. Mason also pierced my cartilage. Like David, he was very friendly and good at what he does. I have 9 piercings and 9 tattoos, and these were the least painful of them all. I've been inked and pierced at 5 or more shops and would recommend Xtreme if you're at Ingram Park and in the mood for new ink or a piercing.

Do not book john, he begs for a tip & says the piercings only hurt when people don't tip him. we tipped him, and when he looked at the receipt he rolled his eyes, and gave us attitude the entire time, & even sprayed disinfectant in my friends eye. the other guy there is really cool & nice, you should DEFINITELY book him.

I went in want a industrial bar and the girl that was there recommended not getting it because of how my ear is shaped and instead suggested a cartilage piercing instead and I decided to do the piercing and I absolutely love it so thank you guys!!!

I asked for two studs instead of a bar for my industrial piercing. The piercer did them so crooked I will never be able to get a bar in and will have to take them out and get it redone. I was never warned against using two studs when as a piercer they should know the risk of migration/it being crooked is high with two studs. Would not recommend them to anyone.
