Deja Vu Tattoo-Body Piercing

I thought I loved this place.. I’ve been going for years for all body piercings and ear piercings. Such a clean facility and a large selection of jewelry however, there has been a few instances that were extremely frustrating. About a year ago I had a gem on a fresh piercing fall out and had to go back to their shop 4 different times to buy a new stud each time because they said they couldn’t just replace the gem. Each stud I bought was always the wrong one and would never fit into the piercing spot after they kept telling me it was the right one, I kept asking if the piercer (professional) could take a look so we could be sure but was always told that they were too busy to do so (mind you there are no returns or money back on these items so they were all a waste because they were no good to me). So I finally just let those holes close because I didn’t know who else could help me. Recently I went in for a triple forward helix to be re-pierced (it was originally pierced there but the piercer doing it said it was badly placed and poorly done?) the lady could not comprehend that it was 3 piercings in 1 so only charged for one and then had to go back and charge the rest but what I didn’t realize is that their pricing had gone up about $20 each one so then I had an unexpected $200+ bill for a piercing. Then of course my luck the top gem fell out about a week after (mind you the gems he put in weren’t the right sizes I requested but whatever I can change those when they heal) so I went back in and the front counter gal had no idea what she was doing.. and made me buy a random stud just so I could see the piercer in the back to get it changed because again “they can’t just replace a gem” which is what holds the stud together . The piercer (a gal I haven’t seen before) so friendly and helpful, after I showed her what I needed she got me fixed up while obviously annoyed with the front counter gal. But she did comment on my new piercing how they were the wrong gauge and wrong length. I get everyone has their own preferences and was maybe taught a different way but holy cow every time I go in I feel like each piercer is insinuating I have a piercing that was poorly done but that’s the only place I go to so, what does that tell you?

Travis is awesome and does amazing work! Plus he made me feel super comfortable and I appreciate how gentle he was with my tattoo. I almost fell asleep to be quite honest! Lol! My tattoo is above and beyond what I expected it to be absolutely beautiful and means so much to me. So thank you Travis. I will be back for more! 😉😊

Travis was awesome. Came here a few days ago to get my septum pierced and he was super nice and chill. He made me feel comfortable with getting a needle through my nose, props to Travis:)

I got my nose pierced and I am in love with it! They were so professional and very nice! I don't remember the name of the girl that did it but she did an amazing job! Safe to say I will definitely be back for future piercings!

I got tragus piercings done back on Labor Day. First the jewelry that was given to me was so small that it was going inside my ear.. okay so I went in and had it changed to some larger ball jewelry, little bigger still wouldn’t heal, due to now the ball jewelry going into my ear! Mind you I am FANATIC about making sure my ears are cleaned and taken care of properly so I’m not sure why they won’t heal and are staying swollen so I went to another piercing studio and they told me they were pierced to close to my head and none of the jewelry would fit because there was to much skin. She said she could try a lip jewelry but it probably wouldn’t work. It didn’t. It stayed infected and I had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics and take the piercings out! I’m out $60 dollars for the piercing plus now I have a doctor bill. Not happy

Travis is great piercer made it quick and easy and kept me laughing the whole time which made me stay calm, my nose looks awesome! 10/10 would recommend!
