This is my 4th time getting pierced here and every time they're great. I've had 2 piercers here and they're both so patient and kind. I have zero pain tolerance but I'll keep coming back here for any piercings. Highly recommend!

ignored my better judgement when i saw the word “tattoo” misspelled on their sign out front, but i should have trusted my gut. completely unprofessional. had them help me screw my ball into the back of my cartilage piercing and they charged me $5? after they told me they’d do it real quick. didn’t change my earring or anything, just screwed the ball back on. absolutely ridiculous. after the artist dropped my ball on the ground twice and nearly lost it. would not recommend.

Wonderful people! Their piercer is fabulous! He accommodated me coming in right as he was leaving for the day & was very kind to me. Everyone here & their prices are INCREDIBLE! I absolutely would drive an hour away from where I live just to get pierced here!

Got my tongue pierced here round a year ago. It was something I had been wanting for years, but as it was my first non-ear piercing, I was admittedly a little nervous. Everyone was so nice and really did a lot to calm my nerves. Marked my tongue so I could see beforehand, and when he pierced it, it barely even hurt! He then walked me through the aftercare, told me to come back if I needed anything, and I left a very happy girl! Never have had a problem with the piercing, it healed beautifully, and I absolutely adore it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone and you can bet I'll be going back!!! Thanks a ton!!

I got my eyebrow pierced there and the guy who did it was really nice but he didn't do a great job. He didn't pierce it with enough skin so the barbell stuck out quite a bit and ended up rejecting.
I got my lip pierced there too and he did a TERRIBLE job! It was completely uneven with my other lip piercing and he didn't let me see where he marked it before it pierced it. It looked so bad. And they wouldn't give me a refund for my awful piercing and they wouldn't even redo it even though they screwed it up. I am very unhappy with this place and I will not be returning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I think Travis was awesome he did my piercing and he was awesome and made me relax. The shop its self, I give 2 stars. I called to ask them if they had their 78 dollar deal going and they said yes for today only, when I got there they said it ended at 6 pm, but they never said that it expired at a certain time. Then a few days later my hard ware fell out and the piercer had just had surgery and wasn't able to lift his arms, but yet he was working on someone in the back and he was lifting his arms. Now I understand he went through surgery just recently, but I could have laid down so he didn't have to lift his arms. I am having pain (do to migraines) but they wouldn't help me out. I got the feeling that they would only work on the people who would be paying, but the people who had to get hardware back in (i don't know if they charge for that, I don't think they do), but my impression was unless you pay they won't work on you. I am not happy with Deja Vu. I am really regretting going there.

Raul did a cover up tattoo for me and I couldn’t be happier with it. Honestly can’t even tell it was a cover up. The price I was quoted was very reasonable as well! I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or a piercing! My girlfriend has got all her piercing here and they have all been amazing!

Awful customer service, never told me I needed a birth certificate even though I called and made the appointment and asked what I needed. When I talked to them the lady at the front was very rude and had attitude. I would give zero stars if I could

Got my eyebrow pierced yesterday and the experience here was awesome not only are they friendly and super nice but they made me feel calm when i was super scared! No pain whatsoever and it was very fast! 100% recommend this place 😃
