Travis Harmon did my daith piercings and he was amazing! He made me feel really comfortable and was quick about it. I had a migraine when I went in. He was careful about finding the right pressure point and when he pierced it my 5 day old migraine went away immediately! I was suspicious but it worked and Travis did a great job!

Great staff. In November I had my first 2 Dermals put in there. Colors were hard to choose so I asked my best friend/man to pick them out and he picked the perfect colors.

Always a great experience! My body seems to like to be a jerk with new piercings and they are always great to re pierce or fix the issue, had my first professional tattoo done here 15+ years ago. Steve is great!

My screw in lip piercing fell out after 20 hours. Either the jewelry failed, or the piercer didn't get it in correctly. They have offered to pierce it again, but I no longer trust the company's hygiene because the woman who answered the phone suggested I "shove something in there" to hold my fresh piercing open until I could figure out a time to come in for new jewelry. That kind of advice is so incredibly dangerous.

The staff are caring and professional. My wife has gotten a few piercings for migraine and anxiety that have improved her quality of life. The piercers explained the process well and were patient and accommodating. We won't go anywhere else for piercings!

I will no longer be recommending dejavu to my friends after the experience my friend and her 8year old daughter had yesterday. Kayla was extremely rude saying my friend wasn’t her daughter’s “real mom” (adopted doesn’t mean she isn’t her real mom!) Kayla was so unprofessional and mean to this sweet little 8 yr old who got scared after the first piercing and ended up charging them double for it. I cannot in good conscious recommend this shop to anyone unless this situation is remedied. Who acts like a total jerk to an 8 yr old on their birthday??
I posted this same review on their FB page and Kayla tried defending her rudeness by saying she was "patient and understanding for 30 min". If you're looking for someone to do a child piercing do not go here. They do not provide a calm and professional place for your kids. Terrible service, terrible response from them.
