Joey did my cover up tattoo on my wrist. It had a lot of colors and was pretty. He used shaded stars and some spirals which went to the top side of my wrist and had a butterfly on top, I have gotten lots of compliments, but my problem was and is that I can see the name I got covered up because the spirals covered up different letters and the shaded stars covered up other letters and parts of his birthday but one star wasn't shaded, it was just straight blue, and you can see the numbers straight through it and some of the letters he tried to cover with purple shading but it didn't work. He forgot about one number and my friend said put a backwards K for my name haha. And he was like can I? I'm having it touched up now because I can see some of what I was getting covered up. He was a nice guy and was reasonable on the price but the cover up wasn't as thorough as I would've liked it. I have heard that the owner jacks prices up (from friends that have had him do their work) so I avoided him and got a quote from the artist that did my tattoo. The needles he used were packaged. I have 6 tattoos and each one is custom, they did this one custom and weren't rude to me at all but I only talked to Joey... I think it took them a few to come talk to me but I was busy looking through their binders anyways so I didn't really notice. Once I talked to Joey he was sketching up my tattoo and did it then and there. Not sure if I would go for a cover up again, but I definitely would go for a normal first time tattoo, from Joey of course. What a great guy.

Free handed my tattoo, looked nothing like the picture i showed him, very very unhappy and I wish I went to someone else. Now Iām stuck with it on my hand forever. He also went over my vein and it was bumpy and like a giant hole in my skin. Would not recommend having him tattoo you.

Sadly I was not able to get a tattoo here, but I have a lot to say from my experience going in. I wanted to cover some scars on my arm, some mostly fresh, some old. They guy I was talking with looked like he jumped out of his chair when I said I would like to get one. He showed me pricing and I told him my limit and he was willing to give me a flash tattoo price for an original. No other shop even here in Alaska will do that. I wish I didn't have to up and leave so soon. I was really looking forward to chatting with the man again. Great customer service, nice people, good vibes and strong character.

I was referred by a friend that said she would never go anywhere else and now I am saying the same. Rick was great, everything was clean and professional. Great customer service and my tattoo looks better than my vision. Rick took the time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted and it's perfect. I have three more I want and will from now on only go to Rix thanks Rick

Rix did my dermal & my nose. He had to re pierce my nose twice, the first time was in a really awkward place , I still tipped him 20$. He did my friends dermal & myself which both of ours ended up falling out he did say he would re do them for free when I went to go get it done I had only brought a tip & he tried telling me I had to repay & he was charging me more than I originally paid the first time.

Got 2 different tats and they're both messed up. Couldn't draw a straight line on my back or on my ring finger. It's like a 2 year old Drew the line and they probably could. I'd recommend and strongly recommend that you go else where. It's worth the wait if other shops are booked. Plus the after care was completely wrong as well. Good luck people

I got my ears pierced a few months ago... after they got pierce i was told that my earrings were stainless steel. I was also given the wrong cleaning methods. I was told to clean with soap and water, neosporin, and bactine. Neosporin actually drowns the hole and doesn't allow it to breathe,, well just this week i had to get my earrings pulled out at the insta care because my ears kept getting infected and i couldn't get them to stop getting infected no matter how much i tried. My skin had grown over the backs and after i got them cut and pulled out, i was told i had a staff infection. I also have friends that have had the same experience. i was lied to completely after getting my ears pierced. The building is gross and had dead bugs, and Rude customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Was not worth going to.
