Just a bad tattoo. Multiple blowouts, inconsistencies with the color, and you can see the scratchy lines. Customer service was fine, not the best I've had at a tattoo shop but not the worst. They were able to get us in within an hour of calling, but now I see why.

I have heard nothing but bad about this place. BUT when I got my dermals done in Las Vegas and one fell out I think rick's son stayed open until I could get there and put a new jem on for me!! Also he stayed open longer so I could get my tongue pierced which healed perfect and is great!

I can't believe a place so unsanitary and unfriendly customer service has a business still open I honestly think this place needs to be shut down he puts in any piercing he can find horrible jewelry asked me to draw the dot on my ear myself asked for no ID did it have me sign anything and the place is dirty I will never go back I was disgusted with the environment and customer service I'm letting people know because I don't want them to have the same bad experience if you want your piercing to be messed up go to Rix they are good at that I don't even want to know what tattoo would look like
