My first nose piercing ever and it went TERRIBLE!
I had asked Rick, the owner of RIX if I could get a ring and I had asked if that was okay to get for my first time. trusting him, he said yes. He told me that it didn’t matter if I got a stud or ring.
BIG MISTAKE!
During the piercing process, it was the worst pain ever. I bled so much.
over the next day it was very irritating to where it was unbearable.
I went to another place to get a stud instead and to switch out the nose ring because it hurt so bad.
They had told me that he had pierced my nose ring at the wrong angle.
So much so that If I waited any longer I would have had to go to the ER.
They even knew it was by Rick before I even told them who I got it by.
They told me he’s not a licensed piercer and just takes peoples money.
Very upset!
I recommend lotus or vamp piercings! They are way better and way more informative!

Freddy did three piercings for me. He makes you feel very comfortable and is very professional. He takes the time to explain how do your after care and even prints it off for you so don't have to try to remember all of it. I would recommend him anytime!

I gave one star, if I could could have i would have given 0.
I had a daith done. He did it at the wrong angle and it was not done deep enough. He put an incorrect (too small) and low grade hoop (hard to bend). He did not wear a mask and we had to request for him to wash his hands and wear gloves. He layed a towel across my shirt (I have no idea if it was clean or not).
The shop was not very clean, it had a lot of trash on the floor.
He didn't talk over what he was going to do before he did it, and he gave very little information on how to clean. He said to use soap and water and then to use bactine. This is incorrect! Do not do this!
DO NOT LET HIM PIERCE YOU!!
The lady (Melani from vamp, awesome) who removed his horrible handy work told me that some people have had to go to the Emergency room after seeing him.
It is a miracle that he didn't do more damage to me than he did.

Got my septum piercing and although it hurt like a b****, he made it quick and easy. Definitely recommend for piercings, I'll let ya know when I get a tattoo 😜

My daughter got her belly button pierced about a month and a half ago, and today it just fell out, ripped right through her skin and FELL to the ground. It was crooked from the start and now that it fell out I can clearly see that Rix did not even get it under enough skin. She is very thin, but that is no excuse. I called to see what the protocol would be for something like this, and he was so rude over the phone, we are cutting our losses and hoping it heals up well enough that she can get it done again if she wants, from someone who knows what they are doing.

We went in for matching tattoos, and could not be happier. We had been looking for a new tattoo place since moving here and I think we found our shop! Clean shop, great with the customers, and great quality work. Will be visiting again soon.

Not thrilled by this piercing place I had to pay extra money to get my daughters fixed. Several things need to be done differently at this shop every person I have talked to talks about how awful this shop is. Wish I would have known that from the get go. Go at your own risk yall.

Freddie has done several of my piercings throughout the years (helped me out with the aftercare of a few that I had done elsewhere, too) He has always been professional and clean. He really went above and beyond for me the other day, though. I had surgery that day and another piercer in town had promised several times to stop by my house to help loosen a piercing that he had put in too tightly to get out by hand, but kept making up excuses and blowing me off. Literally on my way to surgery, Freddie came in on his day off to loosen my bcr, and refused to take a tip from me. I was completely unable to walk so he even came out to my car to help me get it out. I really appreciate it and he is just an all around cool guy who cares about any customer or piercing, even if he didn't do it himself. Thanks dude!
