This place was awful. From the moment we walked in the people were extremely rude. After explaining what I wanted to the first man, I was told it was doable, just slightly larger. Once we filled out paperwork, the second guy tried to tell me it wasn’t possible to do it that size, that it’d have to be bigger than the size of my palm. (I have smaller tattoos with a lot more detail Including watercolor and a lot of detailed lines) I genuinely feel like they just didn’t want to do it. They seem like a place that just does very basic tattoos like small quotes and aren’t interested in doing anything even slightly more complicated.

Got my nose pierced here in March. Staff was friendly and quick. The only issue is that both my friend and I got our noses pierced here and like three weeks later both had painful keyloid type bumps on the for weeks that were very difficult to get rid of. I was given a different jewelry for this piercing than with my other one so I’m not sure if the piercing technic, jewelry, or if we both happened to be having a hard time contributed to the bumps. Overall a good place to get.

My husband and I went in today to get our sons name on our forarm. Will our artist did a amazing job. He was friendly, fast and a nice steady hand. This is my second time coming to this shop and I will keep coming here for all future.

I got a septum piercing by their piercer and he was so rude and when I said I was nervous he goes yeah I am too. he pierced my septum way too low and through cartilage. he didn't go over anything with me. no cleaning, no sizes literally nothing. its crooked and too low and also too close to the bridge of the nose right below the septum. It was my first piercing and I had no idea it was wrong until my piercer friend said he should be fired. he is really bad lmao

Took my 17 year old daughter in to get her bellybutton pierced. Very nice shop. First impression I got is that the staff (everyone we dealt with) is very friendly and welcoming. It's a Saturday night, pretty busy, but we still were greeted immediately, and dealt with in a professional manner. The process was easy (paperwork, ID's, etc), and quick. The piercer, Biscuit, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor that made us feel comfortable and at ease. The work was executed flawlessly, with after care explained thoroughly. A great experience for my daughters first body piercing (apart from earlobes).

I got my first tattoo there and it came out excellent. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Customer service was excellent and friendly. There was no long wait. I also want to say that Spider did an excellent job. She would have a conversation with you while she is tattooing you.

Super helpful with my friend who was receiving their first tattoo. Very friendly and welcoming artists and staff. I personally delt with the artist Zach, however i know the rest pretty well and have seen their work being done and months later. Highly recommend to a first timer or to someone looking for new work. Great price for great work.

I get consistent headaches, and I came in to get the tragus pierced to help with them. I was extremely nervous. The body piercer, who’s named Biscuit, did such a great job calming my nerves and doing both piercing. He was wonderful. And everyone at the front desk were very helpful and polite. 10/10 in my book. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

For starters the tattoo artist messed up
my tattoo! She does not need to be an “artist” if she cant do a 5inch hand tattoo. Secondly, I got my tongue pierced over a month ago and i waited over a hour as i watched the piercer sitting in the corner on his phone. this was supposedly just because of a “miscommunication”. Here it is time for me to
change my piercing and i cannot get it out to
save my Life !! I come back and now all
of a sudden they are not doing oral piercings and have a new piercer which is BACKWARDS if you ask me! They suggested u go all the way to PORTSMOUTH when i live in VA BEACH. NO. All the staff (all women) were very rude as if they had better things to do and very dismissive! HORRIBLE SHOP AND WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.
