Spent over two hours waiting for the piercer. We knew it was busy but they failed to let us know she had a tattoo scheduled so we had to wait super long. Communication was not very good

Loved this place!!! It was a little bit of a wait but so worth it!!! If you ever get a piercing I completely recommend Biscuit, he is so kind and talks you through the whole process. Only a little bit of pain and that’s it! I got my nose pierced and he did excellent! I would definitely go here again!

If I could put negative stars I WOULD!! this place is clean but the service and my experience with receiving my tattoo was terrible. The work I got done is a result of poor artistry. I asked for a simple symbol thinking it’ll be an easy job but I walked out with something I could have gotten from a five year old!

Have gone here several times for myself. Brought my daughter to get her first tattoo. Artist explained what he was going to do before he started . Place is very relaxing and the entire staff is super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. The issue is the piercer. I never encountered the tattoo artists so I’m not sure about them. She was just a different level of rude and if I’m talking to you about possibly wanting to get a hole stabbed in my body from you and I’ve been absolutely polite in every way then you should not roll your eyes at me and walk away. RUDE. I understand people have bad days but if you wanted to a decent tip from someone I would consider being a wee bit nicer.

Got an awesome tattoo here. For the best experience you have to book an appointment with someone, they are really busy. Walk ins seem to have to wait hrs. i tried getting another tattoo but the experience wasnt as smooth as the first one. Unfortunately i went to another shop (Ancient Tattoo)who was able to take me and did just as good of a job if not better. I would recommend going here just dont expect it to be an in and out process.
