Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Piercing

Went in as a walk-in on 2/12/2022 and 3 out of the 4 females at the front were so rude that husband and I walked out. Customer service was horrible at this place… the women were finding ways to turn away business… why say u accept walkins if u don’t… they were immediately trying to say everything we wanted needed an appointment because it would take to long.. we went somewhere else and received excellent service and the tattoos we got took less than an hour each.. will never go back to blue horseshoe ever again

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! The staff is wonderful, very welcoming, very profeasional. Will has done 2 of my tattoos and soon to be more an absolute wonderful artist HIGHLY recommend him. Highly recommend coming to blue horse shoe for a tattoo and or piercing.

Dude was polite and courteous. Accepted me as a walk in. I was only gonna do one ear he offered both. He did a great job. No pain really at all. Slight amount of cleaning solution given to me and it works well. Would recommend 100 x's.

I could not be happier with my tattoo! I went in for a walk-in tattoo while they were super busy and I knew I’d be waiting for at least 4 hours but the end result was totally worth it! I will be coming back for so many more tattoos! At the beginning they told me that it would just be like work but my artist went all in and gave me more then what I was expecting for a great price! I highly recommend this place!!!

HEAVY HANDED!! BLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER SESSION… Went a couple weeks ago with a friend for a walk in, waited for several hours with hardly any other customers in the shop. Finally a guy (can’t remember his name) but taller guy on the left when you walk in second booth started working on me. Literally 30 mins later it was done and I bled instantly this is my 12th tattoo and one of the smaller ones on a shoulder. My healing process is terrible because he dug so deep in my skin my tattoo scabbed from the bleeding. I’ve had only one other tattoo bleed but not as bad as this. Tattoo is cool just know I’m going to have to get it touched up ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nikki is the absolute best !!! she has very good customer service. however i was turned off by the other girls at the counter because they were very unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to help us. nikki works in the other side yet she helped me get everything taken care of. i love her !!

I’ve visited this shop multiple times to consider both tattoos and piercings. (Both before and after COVID-19.). I’ve never been in a shop and been looked down upon for having a lack of tattoos before. (Mine are covered by clothes.). During two subsequent visits where I inquired about several piercings I was considering, I was ignored, then pushed to the side, only to be ignored so that other customers could joke and talk to the people up front. TWICE. My questions and concerns were bothersome to the front desk person and when I realized that I wouldn’t get any help, I asked to speak to someone else or to see a piercer. I was told that it wasn’t possible and I haven’t been back. I tried to tell myself that the shop is just busy but there’s no excuse to leave customers waiting and waiting just to ignore them. Luckily, while being ignored I found another person in the shop who was disappointed and we found another shop to take our questions and give our business to. But it’s a shame that I’ve heard such awesome things about BH just to be treated poorly.
