I got a septum piercing. Decided on 14g as opposed to 16g. Sarah did an awesome job with the piercing and calming me down cause I was really nervous. Process was very sanitary and she made sure to mark a guide line. She definitely pierced in the sweet spot because the piercing didn't hurt, at all. It was actually painless. She just freehanded it, so no clamp or receiving tube, just a needle. Very quick and easy. I love how it turned out! If you need a piercing done, definitely ask for Sarah!

Edit: Unfortunately, I'm knocking my review down a star. I went back to get some jewelry and the gentleman up front was rather sarcastic to me and the customer ahead of me when asked simple questions, and not in a funny/playful way. He was being rude. I've worked enough retail and restaurant serving jobs to know what great customer service looks like and that wasn't it. I think I saw two other reviews that mentioned his less than adequate customer service. Everyone else there is great, though!

I got my septum pierced there and the person who did it was very sweet and put up with my nervous laughing lol. Will one hundred percent go there again. It’s not fully healed yet, but I haven’t had much pain issues at all.

I’ve also gotten jewelry from here before and it’s incredible! I wear it a lot :D

I got my septum pierced here today ! She was very fast and very informative, she answered all my questions and was so friendly . I was so comfortable and was in and out fast and safely 🙌🏽 I highly recommend!

my friend and i walked in twenty minutes before close (unknowingly) for some piercings and we had such a great experience! the woman helping us had an apprentice and she ended up piercing one of us and they did an AMAZING job. talked us through everything and the customer service was great. the owner also gave us a discount for being guinea pigs, super satisfied and will definitely be referring people there and coming back for more!

I got my first face piercing there, it was a nostril piercing and I was pleased with my experience. About a year later a went to get my septum pierced there and it was a very different experience. The lady was very rude, seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. She didn’t use a clamp or mark it, instead had me hang my head upside down off the table. Afterwards when I looked in the mirror, she must have noticed the look on my face (i was dissatisfied with how high up she had pierced it) and told me she just “proffered the look of higher set jewelry”. I really wish she would have talked to me about it first, because it’s my piercing, not hers.(seriously, it was so high up that you could barely even see the piercing). Also, because i was so dissatisfied with the placement, I tried to switch to a wider jewelry that would show better, about three or four months after. I ended up not being able to get the jewelry back in so I just decided to let it close up. I will be going to a better, more experienced piercer this time.

I wasn’t able to respond to the review I already left. This is to the owner who replied to my review: The issue was not that she couldn’t put it back! She was rude and acted as if I was lying about how long it was out! Also I definitely did not talk down on you. I talk to anybody I meet with the same respect. You were talking to 3 young ladies while I waited, when they walked off you looked at your phone and wouldn’t look up at me until I asked if I could ask a question. The whole time we had a conversation you were not the least bit friendly. The way you guys talk to customers is crazy. You guys are plain rude. Not one bit friendly. THE PIERCING WAS NOT THE ISSUE. THE ISSUE WAS HOW YOU GUYS RESPONDED TO ME. You guys need to practice how you guys talk to people.

I’ve gotten 7 piercings done from them and only one got infected it was the cartlidge.
Would I be able to get a refund because yesterday I got the forward helix and it’s already giving me problems so I want to switch it to the Rook.

I will never go back after the experience I had today.... The gal that helped me was SO rude, I almost didn't buy the item I came in for. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this shop. Really sad because they have an awesome selection as far as jewelry goes.

anyone who gives this place a review below 5 stars should get jail time. Just kidding, but for real this was the BEST first piercing experience I could have EVER possibly had. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming, and the quality of everything was perfect!

Pierced my belly wrong and piercing was digging in my skin and was getting super irritated and i would clean it everyday since it wasn’t my first piercing. so I had to take it out. Waste of money. That and it wasn’t aligned right either
