I had 4 piercing with them and they did a great job with there work and I like there jewelry. The customer service is awesome. When I go in the store, right a way they attend you and if you have any questions about a item, they help you answer your questions. That’s why I give them a 5 star review

Never have had a bad experience here. All the staff are very chill and friendly. José is an amazing tattoo artist and the two pieces he’s done for me are excellent! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I called into the store today and a guy answered. Whoever I spoke to was insanely disrespectful. Didn’t help me at all. Whoever it was should take the piercing out of his behind and start treating customers with better business and phone etiquette.

was told by a other piercing shop that i was “way to skinny” to get my belly button pierced after my heart my crushed i when to biggest little shop of fun in the mall and a vary nice lady pierced me :) it has healed properly i’m so happy

I would never ever come to this place!!!!!! My piercing was done wrong by Sarah with all the piercings on her face, the place is dirty and has rats! Go somewhere else then here

I just had a friend get a nose piercing at this shop. She had a terrible experience and I would not recommend going here. When they say a "SALE" that word sale I guess means it doesn't include a good experience...

Had a tattoo done there at the flash sale, I won’t even be going back for the free touch up that was offered. She freehanded my tattoo which I was iffy about. And the ink is super cheap ink ): pretty disappointed. The artist herself was very personable and friendly I’m just not happy with the work. Not even worth $45.
