The shop's location is easily accessible and has a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The shop's space is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, and the other tattooists were genuinely stoked to see each other's work. You could sense a deep camaraderie within the crew and that makes for one heck of a positive atmosphere.
The artists at Moonlight Tattoo are highly skilled and passionate about their work. They are known for their crisp lines, excellent composition, and not stabby with application. The artists are also great conversationalists and make their clients feel comfortable during the tattooing process.
One of the shop's most popular artists is Bryan Kachel, who is known for his talent and kindness. He is literally one of the kindest, most genuine and all-around awesome human beings you will ever find. He will take your idea and fly to the stars and back with it. During the session, he was kind, he checked in to make sure I was ok and let how I was feeling lead our session. Fun fact, you will come for the tattoos, but stay for the conversations! 5 hrs flew by.
The shop is clean, and the vibes are good. Moonlight Tattoo is a magical place, and you will not be disappointed by any of the artists at the shop.

I got a tattoo from Daniel and it is STUNNING! Everyone is amazed at how sharp and flawless his line work is. I can't thank him enough - I will cherish this the rest of my life. Better than I dreamed of!
Edit: I forgot to mention he is really chill and totally put me at ease. Great person, great artist, great shop. I feel lucky to have this gem in our community.

I got my first tattoo here and had a great experience. Josh is a super nice guy, was very supportive for a nervous first timer, and did an excellent job with the tattoo. The shop itself was immaculate and has a great atmosphere. Price was very reasonable too

Great tattoos and great skill work. However, as booking is out a year, please make sure to make your appointments as the place is strict about it and refuses to reschedule.
Edit: His review is the truth. Traffic is terrible from West Seattle and I was rude about canceling. Kyle really does good work. Just don't be rude and keep your appointments as his appointments are about a year out.

Josh has been tattooing me for the last 7-8 years. Consistency and an easy personality have always been important from me...especially if you’re sitting under a needle for 3+ hours. His shop is clean and everyone that works there is just as kind. One of the best shops I’ve been too...

I’ve been going to Josh for my art for over a year, and I have no plans to ever go to a different artist. 15 of my 17 tattoos were done by him. He’s an incredible artist, and just a really solid dude. The kind of guy you don’t mind just sitting down and talking with for an hour or two. Super proud of him for opening this awesome shop. Highly recommend.

Jacqui did my tattoo; she was patient and did an amazing job! I loved the atmosphere at the shop, too. The other artists were friendly, and seemed interested in all patrons and what their fellow artists were working on. I had been feeling a tad anxious before I even went for a consultation as my first tattoo was several years ago, and was not a very good experience; but I felt totally comfortable there because of the welcoming energy.

I contacted Jacqui about getting a Lotus flower tattoo and I loved the whole experience! She was fast at getting back to me, easy to book with and created a great merge of the photos I sent her. He even took the time to touch up one of my other tattoos for me. Really recommend Moonlight Tattoo! Everyone was nice and welcoming.

Josh was amazing! He took the time to tattoo four of us and even stayed open an hour late to finish the job. He was very patient, really friendly and happy to any amount of adjustments to the designs. 5/5 would go again!
