Poor Piercing Technique Health Risk

I had my septum pierced at this shop roughly 6 months ago. The piercer did not use a clamp, that was my first red flag. Once finished I noticed my ring was extremely crooked and it felt like there was a lot of pressure in my nose. I figured that’s how they were and waited for it to heal. 6 months later I started having super consistent nose bleeds, I went to the doctor and he said my septum was extremely irritated and that I should take the ring out. I took the ring out and haven’t had a nose bleed since, and all senses of pressure in my nose has been relieved. Think twice and do your research before heading into a shop to get a spontaneous piercing done.

Amazing artists, super clean shop. Chino did all of my pieces, but all of their artists do beautiful work and I'd trust any one of them to bring your vision to life.

Great Service High Quality Friendly Staff

My husband & I have been getting tattoos here for 4+ years now. I absolutely love them they work with you to make sure the design is exactly what you want how you want it the right size and all. I don't want & wouldn't ever go to any other location. They are friendly polite respectful. Very great communication and make us feel comfortable. We always see Ace Rodriguez & he is my favorite artist there. With that being said the price may be a bit high for some but it's very worth it. Especially the quality & time they put into making sure everything is exactly as you want.

Bad Experience Deep Piercing

Had a bad experience with a navel piercing I had got pierced to deep. Although I did talk to the manager and he was very polite and apologetic about everything that had happened and gave me a full refund.
Update: It doesn't matter if your business gave me a refund. I was literally just getting my money back for service that was initially wrong to begin with. Either way it was based on the way it was pierced. I also had to end up taking out anyways so.

Poor Customer Service Miscommunication

The back of my conch piercing, while tanning, fell onto the tanning bed. I found and let the gal manager know. She told me that she hears that all the time. She said I could just come in and they would put it back on no problem. Well I was told when I was getting the piercing by the piercer that I could switch it out at no charge for a hoop. That wasn't necessarily the case and she got very upset and I was telling her that's not how it was said. She made it clear that I had to pay for the hoop. She seemed to get a major attitude after that and the piercer after I tried very carefully to hold onto the back of the earring he was installing at that fell on the floor. I got tightened. She made sure she gave me some more attitude before I walked out. Needless to say, I thought when I first went there, I felt pretty good. But clearly because of an error on tightening of an earring and the miscommunication on the exact size of that there would be a charge for the hoop, really brought out some true colors in staff. I'm sure it may have just been her having a bad day oh, but that's not how you treat your customers. Especially, when I had to go out of my way to go back to have them tighten the back have an earring that was built from solved days prior.

Amazing Artist Friendly Environment Highly Recommend

If I could give them 10 stars I would πŸ™πŸ½ That man NELSON is an AMAZING artist. Hands down one of the best I’ve come across in Milwaukee, super friendly environment, they go above and beyond to help you out if you need something. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying them out πŸ€™πŸ½

allergic reaction improper piercing inattentive staff unprofessional

A friend of mine and myself went in and got a total of 5 piercings. My lip as well as hers is having an allergic reaction to the body jewelry they use there. We had to go elsewhere to get them switched out as they were eating into the inside of our mouths. My belly button piercing is very red as well and not due to infection, just a reaction to the metal. We both got another piercing that was done improperly. He pierced us both in the wrong place. We went to 2 separate places to confirm, have the piercing removed and redone. I feel sorry for the mans wife if he doesn’t know a females anatomy enough to drive a needle straight or in the right place. I’m very displeased. Girl at front desk was inattentive, eating Chinese food when we got there while another employee eyed us up creepily and asked β€œare you guys here for piercings!?” Should of been our sign to run! I’d like our money back as well as the $20 tip.

Poor hygiene Bad customer service Infection

So I went in with three other people to get tattoos, mine, my sisters and sister in law’s tattoo were quick and done correctly.. well my brothers tattoos is a week old and has a serious infection! That was my brothers FIRST tattoos and didn’t know anything about the process of tattoos and no one was aloud upstairs with him . So basically the guy that did his tattoo was eating tamales, chips while giving the tattoo and not once did he wash his hands !! So I called the shop upset and spoke with the lady in the front where she told me to have my brother stop in and she would have the owner call me … NEVER happened ! My brother stopped by and had other tattoo artist look at it and they clearly said β€œwow that’s a nasty infection” while the guy that did the tattoo comes down to tell my brother β€œit’s normal that’s the healing process” .. NO we have proof from a doctor saying it severely infected !!! So now I will be reporting this tattoo shop to the health department, osha and where ever else I’m able to report them too!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !

Professional Perfect Piercing Friendly Staff

i came here with my friends to get my medusa and 2nd eyebrow pierced and they got their nipples done. chris (i think that was his name) was amazing and super nice. he was very professional and knew what he was doing. i would recommend him to everyone wanting to get an professional, perfect piercing.

Bad Customer Service Unprofessional Behavior Poor Communication

For anyone reading this, Buyer Beware. Make sure you DO NOT give them money before having an appointment date and keep all conversations you have with them in the case that this also happens to you. I don't personally know anyone okay with handing over hundreds of dollars and not hearing a word from their artist for nearly a year but if that doesn't bother you, this is the place for you.

I was very excited to be working with the owner Frank for a tattoo I have been dreaming about for a long time. I went in December 8th 2020 and we discussed what I was looking for, he gave me some options and told me he would draw up something next week. He said the tattoo appointment wouldn't be until mid January because he was booked until then. I placed a $100 deposit.

Just over a week later (Dec 18th) I messaged him asking if he knew of someone who would have time to do a simple word on the wrist for a friend and I. He said he was busy but set me up with his son in Milwaukee. He completely forgot he was even doing a tattoo for me and started saying how he hopes he can do my next tattoo. I reminded him that he was supposedly drawing something up and he said oh yeah I will start that next week.

On January 13th I had not heard a single word from him aside from when I reached out first. So I let him know that if he hadn't started drawing up anything he could just give me the $100 back not a problem. He left me on read for a weeks. February 11th is the next time I heard from him.

I contacted the BBB to get my deposit back and Frank proceeded to get so angry he told me that I can't have my money back until I contact the BBB and let them know the issue has been taken care of.. I told him I just want the deposit back and I will tell them immediately.

He blew up saying he has people who give him more money and wait 9+ months to get into the chair.

I have reached out a few times March 21st and April 12th to be exact, just to get the deposit back. Nothing.

So now I have turned to leaving a bad review in hopes of getting my money back which is all I wanted. I am not a person that leaves bad reviews. I hate people who bash on company's for making a mistake but I have the proof that I have reached out and done everything I could think of in order to resolve this issue before it came to this.
