I had such a pleasant experience. Called to see if they took walk ins and if they had any availability for the day. Cost was reasonable. Very great use of technology. Everything was smooth. The piercer, Steven, was so nice. I honestly highly recommend this place! I had never been there or heard any verbal recommendations ect. This is such a nice change to the stigma associated with a tatt shop or piercing place. Good job and thank you ! Will be back for sure! My daughter wanted her ears pierced again- I know exactly where to go!

I cannot tell you enough great things about this company and the artists. I personally worked Carli and she just blew me away with her talents. Not only was she welcoming, but for a first timer, I felt extremely comfortable. She walked me through the whole process and answered any question, even if it was dumb, that I had. In addition, the pride this company holds in the sanitary and safety of their customers was also very impressive. Every needle was opened in front of me and things were wiped down often, I was very very impressed. I will definitely be going back to carli and this wonderful company the next time I get a tatoo. I just got my first tattoo done from Carli. And let me just say, THIS GIRL IS AMAZING!!! She not only did an amazing job, she was sooo nice. Her personality was just amazing. I appreciated her patience and honesty with me. She was so helpful. I’m for sure always going to her when I need a touch up or when I get my other tattoos. Everyone who works there is so nice. Booking my appointment was a breeze. They were so nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend coming here!!!! CARLI IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Clean facility, friendly, courteous staff. Went in without an appointment, and had my tongue pierced within 30 minutes, and they were busy. They will also change out your tongue ring for free. The tattoo work they have on display is amazing. Highly recommend stopping in and taking a look.

Got a tattoo a few years back, matching one with my best friend, hers looks great, mine has always looked like junk. I was and still am so disappointed. The people are friendly and nice, my husband has had a few tattoos done there more recently, by different artists and has had better luck. I felt like the fella who did mine just didn't like it so didn't care as much?

Whether it's your first time or 101 time in under the needle you will always feel comfortable. If the artist you're looking at to do your piece isn't familiar with the style you want they will help you find someone for you to work with. Price has always been great and they are willing to work with what you have.

A huge zero if it were possible :/ My daughter turned 18 and ran to get an orbital piercing. This was the nastiest mess I have ever seen due to a piercing. Proper care instructions were not given at time of piercing. I had to take her elsewhere to get info on how to heal it properly. What she was told here to do to take care of it was the exact opposite of what we did to heal it. Just in it to take kid's cash. Shameful.
