Very clean shop and friendly staff!! Came here to get my first tattoo and I am so glad I did. Josiah was my artist and he was awesome at explaining things and made me feel comfortable and less nervous :) Will definitely be back in the future!

I went here on one of the walk in Saturday’s, told them what I wanted and waited over 6 hours until they had a spot for me (no big deal, that’s what walk in Saturday is) I had Mertzy and as soon as I explained that I wanted to integrate a tattoo into my another one I already had.. he said, “oh, so you want to cover it up? I can’t cover it up and maybe you shouldn’t get another tattoo since you obviously regret this one up.” I said no I don’t want to cover it up I just want to add more into it, I really love the tattoo. He didn’t want to do it he didn’t think he could do what I wanted but was extremely rude and said that I should think more. I walked out after waiting 6 hours with nothing. They do good work, but that doesn’t mean they can be rude.

As said in a previous review I would also give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business in my life. I went in there looking for information and I was pressured into making an appointment and I had to pay a 20 dollar deposit which at the time they did not tell me I would not be able to get the deposit back under any circumstance. The day before my appointment I called and asked about my deposit and I was told that I would not be able to get it back, so I decided to just go to the appointment. When I got there I was told that they had scheduled over my appointment so I not only did not get my deposit back, but I didn't have an appointment anymore either. They were not only very rude about the situation but also very unprofessional. During the conversation about why they had gotten rid of my appointment without me knowing, the tattoo artist, Wes told me I was just wasting his time. Colts Timeless Tattoos only wants your money they do not care about the customer at all. You will be much happier at any other tattoo shop in Wisconsin. Don't waste your time and money by going here. Take your business elsewhere.

Chill, professional, and intelligent. Got my tragus pierced and it was the fastest healing piercing and most comfortable I've gotten! (Besides lobes) even offered a 30 day check up text or call, different and awesome customer-forward feature!

Spontaneous walk-in and the receptionist (Angela?) -- super nice girl with a cute haircut -- was nothing but helpful and kind. Steven did a great and efficient job piercing my daith. Would recommend and be making another trip soon.

I went in here thinking I was just going to get a longer bar for my 2 week old navel piercing (because the shop I went to has way too much skin holding the piercing, causing a pressure wound). I met with Steven and he said it'd only be ten dollars for him to customly bend a tongue ring (barbell), remove my current jewelry and put in this new one. When we were done, he said not to worry about paying the ten bucks and my mind was blown. Steven was super nice, personalable, made me feel comfortable and was very gentle in the removal and replacement of the jewelry. Way to go Steven - you were great!

I had my septum pierced WRONG at another place in the Valley... came here to get it repeirced and the experience was amazing. Abby was very upbeat, informative, professional and showed her expertise in her field. I absolutely recommend this place! Side note: I alsoWent to the shop on college ave. and got a small tattoo with my sis from Jen. Very nice, professional and patient! Def would go back!

I had Abby do an industrial piercing in my right ear. She was great. She definatly knows what she was doing, she was calm and cool, which kept me calm and cool. She did a great job talking me through the the steps and moving along at a good pace.

If you want a realistic tattoo then go to Josiah. He does such an awesome job. It was a really chill environment. Albert & Gary spiced things up, too, which just made it even more memorable. Josiah is rad. Get your ink from him. You won't be sad.
