This tattoo shop is incredible. I had an amazing experience there. I got my tattoo from Jake Parsons, and he did a phenomenal job, he is so talented. I had an old bad tattoo that I needed covered up, and Jake covered it up completely with no problems. I am so pleased with the end product of my tattoo, it looks incredible! His work with colors is unreal. Aside from the tattoo experience, the shop is pristinely clean, decorated well and has a good vibe. All the employees there are really nice guys, and I felt like I was hanging out with friends the whole time I was getting tattooed. If you want a comfortable and professional experience, where you can guarantee you’ll be happy with the product, look no further than at this shop. I will happily recommend all my friends there. My friend and I went to both get tatted with Thyris and we both are absolutely in love with our tattoos. Thyris answered basically immediately after I messaged about a pricing and booking. We got in within the hour and got the work done pretty quick yet beautifully. We were visiting from out of state and followed up with many shops and Blackwood Tattoo is by far the best with pricing, honest amazing work, and friendliness. Was also very clean and sanitary. 100% recommend this place do not miss out! This will definitely be our go to tattoo place from now on

The artist thyris argued with me when I wanted my tattoo a little different. He had a very bad attitude and didn’t even try to give me what i wanted . He told me i was “Nit picking” when in reality his draw out wasn’t exactly what i wanted . His work ive seen looked good , but that attitude was not worth it .

This is an amazing shop with a great group of artist! Tattoo shops in Denver are a dime a dozen, but this one really stands out. They make you feel right at home. All the guys are really talented. I have been working with German for the last 2 years on my watercolor sleeve. His work is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this shop!
