First I'd like to let the public know Justin is in fact nothing more than a Diva. He mostly advertises his work on social network with almost all old tattoos that he touches up with photoshop. Don't pay his inflated prices for what could turn out to be complete garbage. Ask him about the onion flower that he did back on the beginning of December. It looked like a two year old went crazy with markers all over that poor girls body. It didn't take long for Justin to remove that garbage after the negative reviews.
