Jacob was awful- I should have listened to my gut and saw the red flags for what they were.. and RAN! He didn’t care about what I asked for. He did not know what he was doing. He is unprofessional to say the least. We had an appointment , but they confused with others who just walked in two seconds before us and due to their error- they were overbooked and rushed. Jacob mentioned his desire to just get next door to the bar to get a beer, more than once. So we suffered. He made no attempt to fix his errors as I pointed them out during tattooing- he only made things worse. Before beginning I gave very specific details like “I hate red, only yellow or orange in the sun”, I want wispy palms, JUST LIKE THIS IMAGE.. no leaves or “real tree-like” tree leaves of any kind…. He gave feathers. He gave red. Then followed it with “there’s already red, I have to do more now”.
He needed the image to be emailed so he could trace it from the printed photo / tablet system they use.. he couldn’t get it from the email; wouldn’t take the resent email. Clearly he is NOT an artist, as this is what he ended up with. This creature from a stranger things episode… not a dainty palm tree, as requested. NEVER TRUST JACOB. The company itself cared not when I expressed my sadness and issue with this tattoo. Or the fact that I would need to have it removed. They did not care. They do not care for the customers. Do not go here. If I could give a zero star I would do it ..but it forces me to choose minimum one , so that is only by default. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The photos below are the side-by-side of the dainty palm tree I asked for (in black-and-white), and the God-awful feather monster he gave me. And a side-by-side of what I currently have , after my first two sessions of tattoo removal. Cannot wait for it to be over.. this nightmare

I just finished a custom piece on my chest that took 2 sessions with Ella. After the first session I was pumped about the outlining, but then after the final session I was blow away by the amount of detail Ella was able to add in. I will be going back to Ella for my next piece for sure. Highly recommend.
