Konkrete Jungle Kustom Tattoo & Body Piercing

Had a GREAT experience here. Maddie did my tattoo and gave me complete say in everything so it was exactly what I wanted. Her fine line work is spot on, her color work is incredible and her conversation made 2.5 hours feel like 1. She's outstanding and brought it to life exactly the way I wanted. I have 3 other tattoos and this was by far the best one and the best experience.

This is the best tattoo shop I have been to. Super clean, staff is great, and just an all around great vibe. Went and got a piercing and my daughter's ears pierced. Will definitely be back! I checked out all the tattoo work, and it gave me the tattoo bug.

At first the experience was rather pleasant, quite fast and professional service and everything is very clear and understandable. Meeting with out artist Taylor for our consultation my girlfriend and I both got the impression that he was a friendly and skilled individual who knew what he was doing. We were told that her piece would take about an hour and a half and mine the same if not less. We paid a small deposit and waited for our scheduled date to get tattooed. On the day we were scheduled there were some concerns that began to rise. We initially showed him what we wanted to have done, two small and simple tattoos of a Persian evil eye and a Poke Ball. We were taken to his tattoo station after he had made stencils of the pictures and everything was still fine at this point, once he began tattooing my girlfriend things began to take a weird turn. The initial hour and half for each tattoo was turned into twenty minutes for each, and made the tattoos look rushed and not like something that would belong in Taylor’s portfolio. The saniderm used to protect the tattoo fell off almost immediately after the work was done and even after reapplying at the shop the same issue occurred. I’ve waited until the healing was complete before writing this review to be as fair as possible but both tattoos look rushed and with several errors that consist of colors bleeding into other areas where they shouldn’t be and linework that does not look professional. Why was our time rushed after being quoted a much longer period and if there was some changes to that why weren’t they communicated, it’s not as if we were demanding the work be done at that exact moment and if by some chance something outside of our situation wasn’t right there needed to be some kind of communication as we could’ve come back later that day or another day to receive work comparable to Taylor’s portfolio.

Came here with an idea of a tattoo and got a console with Jamie and he talked with me about it gave me a great price for what I wanted and I was in a few days later to get it done. Jamie showed me different fonts and gave me plenty of options, I picked one and we went with it. Roughly 45 minutes later I was done and it looked amazing and for it being my first tattoo it was a great experience and I will definitely be back here in the future for more ink! It's a vibe in there. Smoot did an excellent job on my daughter's tattoo and I didn't take him long at all. Will definitely be going back.

I recently had my ears pierced by Alex and I have so many good things to say! These were my first piercings ever, and I appreciated that she took her time explaining the process to make sure I was comfortable. She paid close attention to detail in making sure the piercings were even, and did a great job explaining the aftercare instructions. There were plenty of jewelry options to choose from and the space was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend Konkrete Jungle to friends and family!

I took my two daughters to have their ears pierced by Alex, and she was wonderful. Alex was very professional, but also put my kids completely at ease. She explained everything to them, and let them ask questions. I appreciate the time she took to get the locations well aligned. I recommend her. Please note - I did not interact with any of the other staff and am not endorsing the tattoo side of the business.

I was looking for a reputable place to let my daughter get her nose pierced at. We decided on Konkrete Jungle. From first call the staff was friendly and informative. We made appt with Alex. Upon arrival she was very informative on choices we had for jewelry. She took her time which I really appreciated because once in the chair my daughter got a little nervous. I commend her professionalism and appreciated her attention to us as customers. Would definitely recommend for piercing 👍

This tattoo/piercing shop is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Smoot is a fantastic tattoo artist, I keep going back to him because he’s just awesome! I felt comfortable every time I was there, consultations are easy and detailed. They makes sure you get EXACTLY what you want and even help solidify your ideas. Multiple different designs were offered to me by Smoot to see which one I liked more. Alex is a fantastic piercer, she’s gentle and quick. I barely felt it when she did my piercings! Everyone here is talented and you can tell they’re there to make sure you get the best results and feel comfortable the entire time.

I was quickly seen by their piercing specialist who graciously squeezed me in between appointments. All I needed was a jewelry change—it was the first time I had it changed since getting pierced, and she did such a great job. She was professional and efficient and so kind.
