It’s been a bit since I’ve been in last, but as I continue to follow their work, I realized I hadn’t ever written a review.
I’ve been to Konkrete Jungle multiple times since about 2011/2012. I’ve had my tragus pierced, jewelry changed and tattoos done here and have always had a pleasant experience.
The staff was all welcoming, the place was clean, the staff kept with sanitizing and disinfecting protocols and it was always an overall good experience that I’ve had.
Sarah was the last to do one of my tattoos. Well, my whole sleeve. She does amazing work and I felt at ease the whole time. She’s very personable!
I 10/10 recommend Konkrete Jungle!!

Editing to add, we've just had our fourth incredible piercing experience with Alex, who took amazing care of my daughter for her first ear piercings! She was gentle, thoughtful, and thorough as always. Just a few hours later, my daughter has no discomfort and is thrilled with her new piercings. Alex is top notch and I highly recommend her!

Alex did an outstanding job with my piercings. She was kind, made sure that the piercings were leveled and even, explained all care needed for healing, and most importantly she took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and properly taken care of. I highly recommend her for any piercing.

I scheduled an appointment with Sarah based on the Google reviews. This was my first tattoo so, I was nervous. The shop was clean and everyone seemed to be very professional. My appointment was timely. Sarah did an amazing job making me feel at ease and explaining the process to me. The deposit process was pretty self explanatory; you pay $60, and the deposit is deducted from the total. There is a service fee to pay with your card so, if that bothers you I would bring cash. I love the work she did and will definitely return for a second visit. I love my butterfly tattoo. Thanks Sarah!

Alex is so sweet and explains all ear care and each step of the process in depth. I felt like I was hanging with a friend. I got my 2 ear lobes and daith pierced and paid $400. Im deducting a star because I do think the cost of jewelry here is high. I got simple zirconias in the lobes and those were $100 for just the jewelry. I also wanted the real gold hoop in my daith piercing which was pretty tiny and $140! Overall the place is clean and I would come back .

All five of my tattoos have come from Konkrete Jungle. The environment is great, the shop owners are wonderful people, and all the artists are as well. The art done here is great quality and I would 100% recommend this location to others.
Edit: Just stopping by to add to my review about how wonderful the piercer, Alex, is. I haven’t had a piercing done in a while and I was honestly a bit nervous. Alex was so friendly and so easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease and everything was as a breeze. I won’t be going anywhere else for piercings! You rock Alex!!

Absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Sarah at Konkrete Jungle. I wanted a cover up and wasn't entirely sure what that would entail or how / if I'd be able to work in images that would make this tattoo meaningful to me. Sarah took the time to listen to me, guide me through my indecisiveness, and delivered a tattoo that I absolutely love! I hands-down recommend the Konktete Krew.

I never write reviews, but when I was picking where to get my next piercings, the reviews for Alex, the piercer, helped me make my decision, so I just want to say: if you're thinking about getting pierced, come here. Everything is so clean and safe and well explained, and Alex is so extremely personable and easy to talk to. If I get anything else pierced I'm going to go to her first. What an amazing experience.
