Alex was amazing! She was so kind and incredibly knowledgable. I asked her to move one of my earrings, to change the jewelry in my daith and my tragus, and to pierce my outer conch. She was tremendously patient with me as she helped me select appropriately fitting jewelry. The final look turned out absolutely perfect! Alex really ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. I will absolutely be going back and would recommend her to anyone!

Bring cash for this place. I was seated quickly without an appointment. I liked my tattoo artist - I believe his name was James. He was nice and seemed skilled. However, the guy at the front wasn't very nice. He tried to tell me that my (simple!) tattoo wasn't possible and turn me away. He was talking to a bunch of guys near the door and made me and my friend feel unwanted. There was a sign saying the place was a family establishment but there was some VERY inappropriate talk going on. My tattoo cost $80, which seemed high for a shop minimum, but I do like how it came out.

I love coming here. They always make me feel welcome and the place is impeccably clean and professional. Bring cash to avoid the 10% credit card terminal fee. Maddie has done 3 of my tattoos and she is awesome. The whole staff is really kind friendly and they do great work here.

I always go to Koncrete Jungle for my tattoos. So does everyone in my family . James is our artist . He is amazing. The other guys and gals there are awesome too .

Alex was super knowledgeable about piercings. She gives you all the information you need to make the best decision. Makes you feel very comfy. Her customer service is top notch. I will be back for another piercing and highly recommend to others. She is first class.

Just took my 7 y/o daughter there to get her ears pierced. Alex was amazing. Took the time and care to make it a great experience. Will be recommending them to all our friends especially if they want to get their kids ears pierced.

Had a nipple piercing come out at an inopportune time. Alex was able to resolve my issue and get me on my way with appropriately sized and fitted jewellery and the necessary aftercare products. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Clean environment. I'll be returning for future tattoo and piercing needs.

Update: 1 year later and I went back to get the top to my nose ring replaced. Right now due to covid it’s by appointment only, which I honestly liked. No waiting, Alex came right out. It was so fast and easy.

This review is specifically about my experience with getting my cartilage pierced by Alex. I have gotten four cartilage piercings (two on each ear) from Alex. I got my first two cartilage piercings almost a year ago. The parlor is impressively clean and polished, and the employees are all very polite. Alex was very thorough in explaining the different kinds of earrings, how cartilage piercings differ from lobe piercings, and what to do/expect for aftercare. She was also extremely understanding of how anxious I was and didn't judge me for bringing a stuffed animal, haha!

Today, almost a year later, I came back to get my third and fourth cartilage piercings. I no longer live in the area--I live a 2 hour drive away, but this parlor is still the best, most trustworthy place I know to get my cartilage pierced. Once again, Alex did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Konkrete Jungle enough for body piercings!
