Was referred here for a piercing by Northwoods. The shop was nice, clean and modern. Brook, the piercer, was obviously busy but didn't make me feel rushed. My Medusa had closed up and I was getting it redone. Everyone was friendly, which is nice in a tattoo shop. She had me lay down to do it and I found that to be better than having to sit up and force myself to sit still through the pain of a needle going through scar tissue. What I appreciated was that instead of putting in a boring plain silver piece, she put in a ball that had a rhinestone. "You need some bling," she said with a wink. Will be returning here for more body mods.

Great environment, and friendly staff. Customer service was excellent from the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time I walked out the door to head home. I had my right nostril pierced. I was very nervous but Ryanne made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions, was very patient and kind. I will definitely be going back. Thank You!

Giving 5 stars for Brad! There were a few hiccups in the scheduling process (no fault of Brad at all) but everything worked out good! Brads art was incredible and his hand was super light. He uses top quality products for prep, tattooing, and aftercare! He’s super easy to talk too and I felt like he legitimately enjoyed tattooing me. I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the artist in town but brads stands out as exceptionally good

Brooke, the woman behind the counter that stated she owned the business was incredibly rude and after she saw how shocked I was at her rudeness (my jaw literally dropped) she tried to explain how upset she was to be there on her day off. Her whole vibe was negative and off putting.
Nikolai gets 5 starts for fixing my piercing though.

An impromptu decision to get an anniversary tattoo was a great adventure . Ali was very thoughtful at creating our request and executed beautifully. I highly recommend him and his amazing artistic talents. The studio is very clean and professional.

Brook was AMAZING. My sister, daughter and I all went and she was great. The staff there is so friendly. They make sure you are comfortable before and after with instructions on your piercings. Defiantly will be back.

This is one of the best shops I’ve been too! Super accommodating, incredibly hospitable and so sweet! Joel did an amazing job on my tattoo. My nose piercing was a breeze! Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get something done. Brook is amazing! Like spending the day with your favorite aunt. Rey was super fun too! Shop is like hanging out with family. The best!

This was the worse service ever! We was told it would cost 70.00 a finger. For a tiny Tattoo. My friend & I looked around. This shop had decent reviews. So we choose them. They asked if we could come early. We live hour & half away. Wanted us there by 11:00. So we was. The owner showed up an hour late. Complained about having to do the work. Gave us each a small tat on finger. It was over half gone by 3rd day. Mind you I have several tattoos. So I understand care. When we was done they upped the price to 100.00 each & we left a 30.00 tip. When I called back right away told them what was up
Sent pictures. The owners was out of town on vacation. Promised to get with us as soon as they got back. Its been a couple months. Never heard a word!!! As a client. I really don't need the owner complaining about doing his Job on a paying customer that waited an hour for you to wake up and get to your shop. The whole experience was bad!!!! We ended up getting them fixed by someone else. One of the more expensive tats i have for the size. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO KNOW ONE!!!!
