Best tattoo place to go. I have had tattoos around the world and by far rex at blue heart tattoo is the best. Having him work on my sleeve rite now so only most of the outline is in. Lots more to go tell it's done. I went in with an idea and rex has run with it and I could not be happier. If you want a great quality tattoo done go to blue hear tattoo.
