Joel is amazing, much more work to go but as a combat vet this work is very important to me and he took his time to fix what was wrong and to work on the rest with such Precision work. These names will forever be on my arm and when it is all said and done they will be proud of the way he made everything look. Strongly recommend blue heart tattoo for any/all of ur work. They also talk and laugh with ya to make the time go by faster. Great ppl great place.

Had my forearm done in a half sleeve from Ali. Did an awesome job in two sessions. I'll definitely be returning for future tattoos. Very professional and they take time to do it right. If it's a bad location they won't hesitate to inform you.

If I could give more stars I would! We had such an excellent experience with my daughter's ear piercing. Brook is the best! All of the important factors were immediately obvious on walking in: professional staff, clean shop, tools and earrings medical grade sterile, and everything explained clearly. What made my mama heart happy, was above all Brook was kind. My daughter got last minute jitters and Brook was patient and caring. My daughter left feeling empowered to overcome her fear and a pair of sparkly new earrings in her ears. 5 stars just isn't enough, highly recommend Blue Heart Tattoo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my daughter here for her nose piercing and I could not have been more pleased! Brooke was AMAZING! Everything was super clean and she went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. I will only be going here from now on for all my piercings and tattoos. Thanks again Brook!!!!

Super friendly staff. They made me feel very comfortable while getting my septum pierced and made sure to communicate what was happening as they pierced. They were very clear with aftercare and told me what to do if an infection occurred. Best place I’ve been to

Brook not only made it fun but easy. She's perky, genuine and a really neat person to be around. Brook pierced my daughter's ears in a fun, safe and sterile environment. I was really impressed with the attention to infection control procedures... You won't find that in a mall . Nor will you find this much talent and caring. We went to traverse city on a girls trip and luckily were able to get matching tattoos with Joel, aka Jose. While I was waiting for my friend to get her tattoo done and chatting with Brook and Ryanne, I mentioned being interested in getting my daith pierced. Ryanne replied, “let’s do it.” So we did it, she was so great and I have anxiety about piercings and I’m so glad I did it. The experience was so amazing and she was so nice and did such a wonderful job as well. My best friend and I were able to come back later in the evening and get two more tattoos with Joel. I cannot say enough good things about this place in general. Our tattoos turned out perfect. We all agree these are the best tattoos we have ever had. No tenderness or itching and perfect healing. Thanks so much to everyone at Blue Heart for being so friendly and kind and for fitting us in so quickly.

Rex and Brook are awesome! I wasn’t here to spend a lot of money, just a somewhat unique wedding band. The customer service was exceptional, and Rex more than exceeded my expectations, the tattoo looks amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone for all your piercing, and tattoo needs.
