Needed one of my piercings re pierced and the sheet they gave me said it would be $10 to re pierce but when i went in they charged me $20 so when i asked about it, they said something about how since it wasn't their fault they were going to charge the regular price for a piercing. Just a little miscommunication but overall very informed and painless employees.
