Chris was amazing with my girls' ear piercings! He was very, kind, patient & talked to them & explained to them everything that was going to happen. When my youngest started to panic, he walked her through it. All were nervous, but he made them feel comfortable. It was very much appreciated! They're so happy & so am I! I cannot remember her name, but the woman at the front desk was amazing too! Very kind, kept us updated with wait times, and made sure we understood the cleaning process. I would recommend here.

The young man at the counter was friendly and helpful, but the man that did my piercing was not very personable or chatty. He barely talked to me aside from giving me the care instructions. I'm happy with the piercing but it felt uncomfortable sitting in silence and no warning for when he pushed the needle through.

Wow! Super friendly and great customer service. I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. They were incredibly welcoming and even helped my daughter get through the piercing process. Waited patiently for my daughter to calm down. Joked with her. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Staff is friendly, but Kevin pierced my septum incorrectly (way too low). It happened very fast and I was not consulted on jewelry size or placement. I went to a different piercer for a second opinion and they could immediately tell that it was misplaced. Had to get it redone at risk of it rejecting from the cartilage.

I was nervous they’d be mean at a place like this bc I’ve never really gotten piercings but they were SO NICE and patient even though it was busy. Very professional and clean. I can only speak for the piercings, but me and my friends had a great experience and I cannot recommend this place enough

The tattoo guy and piercing were great. The customer service could have been better. The wait time they quote you is never right. They told me 40 min and it was actually 1 hour and 32 min that I waited. Which would have been ok if they quoted me the correct time because I had other plans. I sat and listen to the lady at the counter give 3 customers different information on what the requirements were for minors. She told me one thing and told 2 other people at different times 2 more different things. So I wasn’t sure if she was new or just pick and choosing who she wants to service.

I will absolutely come back for another tattoo, my artist was Danny and he did an amazing job and he was super friendly and pretty funny too! I love his artwork and would go to him again. I recommend 100%

Absolutely LOVED getting tattooed by Roger! He made me feel super comfortable going in. I’ve got plenty of tattoos and I’ve never felt so relaxed and comfortable as I did when roger did my tattoo! I was super nervous but he’s super light handed and it didn’t hurt at all! 100% recommend getting tatted by him!

Chris did my piercings. It was very busy, I waited about an hour, but it was Tuesday, which they lower cost of piercings that day, so I wasn't too surprised. But staff was very friendly, which isn't something I am used to in tattoo ships. They all had great customer service skills.
