I want to start of this review by saying this is not a bad tattoo shop. I’m sure there are great and experienced tattoo artists and piercers here. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience and I am writing this review so that people can be informed about the artists they go to so what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else. My friend and I went into this shop to get 2 tattoos each - one of which was a matching tattoo that was an outline of a rectangle. The only person available to do tattoos was Terry. He didn’t really give us great vibes when we were telling him what we wanted, and gave us kind of a bad attitude. As the night went on he did get more friendly. I went first and got both of my tattoos. Everything seemed fine and I was really happy with it when I left the store. A couple of days later I noticed that my rectangle tattoo was not healing like any other tattoo I’ve ever had (I have 10) and it was concerning me. The area around the tattoo became really red and where the ink was on my tattoo was very bumpy. I followed after care instructions as I always do. After the redness subsided, my tattoo almost became white in color, I’m assuming because it was trying to heal. It was very dry and wasn’t peeling like my other tattoos have, so I went to a different tattoo shop to have them take a look at my arm. The tattoo artist I spoke to informed me that Terry went too deep into my arm with the needle, which would cause extreme blowout of the ink (the ink went into a deeper layer of the skin then it should have because of the pressure that Terry was hold the gun to my arm, and when you go to a deeper layer of skin, there is water there and when the water mixes with the ink, it makes the ink blur and expand) and now that it has been a few months I can absolutely see the blowout. The areas where ink is supposed to be is very patchy because the ink spread, and the line which was supposed to be thin, is thick and very uneven. Along with this, the part of my arm that has the tattoo on it, though it’s been 3 months, is still raised almost like a scar - the tattoo artist I spoke to told me that would never go away. I will be getting it retouched to hopefully hide the blowout, but I just want people to be aware of this before getting tattooed by Terry. I don’t know if this was a fluke or if he was just being careless, but this whole situation has been a nightmare. The reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 was because Chris, the manager, was ultimately extremely helpful in trying to remedy the situation. It did take a few months, but we were able to resolve things and he was very helpful. Like I said, I don’t think this is a bad tattoo shop, but I would use caution before getting tattooed by Terry.

Everyone was really nice and professional. Chris did an excellent job with my septum and Monroe. I had alot of compliments on them at work and from friends and family. Would recommend going I had a wait due to first come first serve although it is definitely worth the wait.

Brailey was super great! He did mine and three of my friends piercings, he has a very kind and gentle disposition as a piercer, and made us all very comfortable! Would 100% recommend paying him a visit!

I love this place. But be willing to wait as they're super busy and it does take a minute.
I had a tattoo appointment scheduled for 4:30. But didn't get into a chair until about 5:45...with a different artist. But it worked in my favor because the new artist turned out to be the original artist I had wanted ANYWAYS.
2 for $30 piercings are CRAZY and it's a long, but way worth it, wait. However I don't recommend coming in person on Tuesdays to schedule appointments!

I came in, happy to get my labret done, about 10 months ago. The official piercer was too lazy to do it himself, so he pawned me off to a trainee who has never even pierced anyone before. Very unprofessional, she lied and said she’s done it before, she pierced me and struggled with my lip for TEN MINUTES. I’m not even kidding. I started to get antsy. I was getting angry but tried to keep my cool and she’d keep saying “almost done”. Finally she gave up and had the guy come in, he was rude and seemed upset she was so horrendous at her job. He ended up REPIERCING me because she messed around with it too much to the point where it straight up closed.
**I have been doing aftercare for 10 months now, and it STILL HASN’T HEALED.** Don’t give these guys service. It was awful.

Kevin has done 10 of my 13 piercings. He is always calm, professional, quick and tolerates my nervous talking. Honestly would go to him over anyone. Tip tho, less of a wait earlier in the day.

I absolutely loved this place! Chris did my septum and he was professional and funny and really made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. My friend also got her tattoo done here and she is really happy with it so I would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing customer service.. they helped me with a replacement ball for my belly button jewelry. Will definitely be returning

Went in on a whim with my friend to get her some new piercings. The guy at the front desk was absolutely hilarious. The piercer was clean and knowledgeable, no reason to be afraid at that point. Walked her through the after care as well. 5 out of 5 recommend if in that area.

I got my nose pierced for the 3rd time there and it was the least painful. Everyone was nice and the guy who pierced my nose (unfortunately I already forgot his name starts with a B though) was very clear in explaining everything to me. They were awesome! Highly recommend!
