Mark has been working on my hand skeleton tattoo and I am very impressed with his work, he also did a tattoo of slash marks as a reminder of the price that Jesus Christ paid for all mankind, I told him what I wanted and let him come up with the design, it turned out phenomenal. I get complements on both tattoos on a daily basis especially the hand skeleton! I can't wait till it's done cuz it's going to be SICK!!!

Mark and Daryl are both amazing guys. Mark did my nose piercing & Daryl did my (1st) tattoo. I am happy with both. I will not go to anyone else for my tattoos & piercings.

I went about a year ago to get a guitar tattoo for my late uncle, but then changed my mind and decided to go a different route. The person I had an appointment with was an hour late however, they gave me a good deal on my tattoo AND offered to do my nose piercing for a good 25 or 50% off, I can't exactly remember. They spent almost the entire time genuinely apologizing for being late and I felt valued because Mark took the time to go through options of how I want my tattoo to turn out and what to expect as it was my first tattoo ever. Long story short, I am going back to Mark in a few weeks here to get my thigh tatted and I'm really excited.

First off i NEVER leave a review just not my thing im more word of mouth but these guys need one! I called and made an appointment about 2 weeks ago with who i thought was mark but turned out it was matt for my wife and I to get our ring fingers redone. We have had them done 2 other times by another shop but wanted to give cloud 9 a try if they were willing. Well when we went in yesterday for our scheduled time we found out that Matt was no longer there and that he hadn't called me to let me know so I could find someone else. But daryl was more than willing to squeeze us in and get us taken care of without issue. I was thinking that he wouldn't want to do it or like we would be a bother to him but non of thath happened. I really appreciate him getting us in and knocked out quick and they turned out great. Mark the owner was doing another tattoo in the next chair and it was nice to chat with daryl and mark while they were doing their thing made it feel real welcoming. I will definitely be back to see these guys!! Highly recommend!!!!

Walked in to see if i could get a quick tattoo, was told he had another walk in and wasn't sure if he had time to do me. Instead he made time and made sure i got the tattoo i wanted. Very kind and patient with me. I 100% recommend going here and will definitely be going back!
